Abstract

본 발명은 디지털 비데오 디스크용 동기 패턴 검출 장치에 있어서, 데이터 처리에 필요한 섹터 및 프레임 동기 신호를 생성 및 보상해 주는 디지털 비데오 디스크용 동기 패턴 검출 장치에 관한 것으로써, CLV 제어 신호 생성부(50)와, 초기 신호를 검출하는 롱 마크 검출부(60)와, 초기의 CLV 제어 신호를 제어하는 초기화 CLV 제어부(70)와, 프레임이나 섹터 동기패턴과 일치할 때 그에 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 동기 패턴 검출부(80)와, 각 프레임과 섹터의 동기 신호를 만들어 내고보상하는 동기 생성 및 보정부(90)와 외부 시스템의 제어와 CPU간의 인터페이스를 담당하는 제어 및 CPU 인터페이스부(100)로 구성되며, 동작 주파수를 높여 데이터 압축률을 높이고 섹터의 구별을 쉽게 하였으며, 동기 패턴을 여러개를 사용함으로써 동기를 보다 정확히 맞출 수 있고, 오차를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 디지탈 비데오 디스크용 동기 패턴 검출 장치에 있어서, 입력되는 기준 클럭과 검출 클럭으로부터 각각CLV 기준 신호와 CLV 검출 신호를 생성해 내는 CLV 제어 신호 생성부(50)와, 일정 시간 동안 가장 긴 주기를 가진 펄스를검출해서 정해진 길이보다 길거나 짧은 것을 판단하여 그것을 출력으로 내보내고, 검출된 펄스의 길이가 정해진 길이와같을 때 이를 초기화 CLV 제어부에 신호를 보내는 롱 마크 검출부(60)와, 롱 마크 검출부(60)에서 생성된 신호에 따라 초기화 CLV 제어 신호의 길이를 조정하는 초기화 CLV 제어부(70)와, 프레임 동기 패턴이나 섹터 동기 패턴을 검출해서 그에 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 동기 패턴 검출부(80)와, 초기 상태일 경우 초기화 CLV 제어부(70)에서 출력되는 초기화CLV 제어 신호를 그대로 출력하고, 정상 동작 상태에서는 일정 주기 간격으로 동기 신호를 체크하여 출력하고, 일시적으로 동기가 맞지 않을 경우 이를 보상해 주는 동기 생성 및 보정부(90)와, 외부의 제어용 마이크로 프로세서와의 인터페이스 및 각 블록들을 리셋 시키거나 동작 모드를 지정하는 신호를 생성하는 제어 및 CPU 인터페이스부(100)로 구성되는 DVD(Digital Video Disk)용 동기 검출 및 CLV 제어 신호 발생을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 비데오 디스크용 동기 패턴 검출장치.
