Abstract

본 발명은 증가된 온도에서 1개 이상의 비활성 유기 용매의 존재하에서 디페닐메탄디아민 및 폴리페닐폴리메틸렌폴리아민의 상응하는 혼합물과 포스겐을 반응시키고 나서, 포스겐화가 완결된 후, 포스겐의 존재 또는 부재하에서 반응 혼합물에 바람직하게는 2 내지 3의 작용성을 갖고, 유용하게는 20 내지 1800의 히드록실 가를 갖는 물 및 1개 이상의 1가 또는 다가 폴리옥시알킬렌 알코올의 혼합물을 각각의 경우에 원료 MDI의 중량에 기초로 하여 0.01 내지 0.3중량%의 물(ⅰ) 및 0.5 내지 5중량%의 폴리옥시알킬렌 알코올(ⅱ)로 유용하게 이루어지는 유효량을 혼입시키고 나서, 과량의 포스겐 또는 여전히 존재하는 포스겐 잔류물을 제거하고, 원하는 경우 원료 MDI의 중량에 기초로 하여 페놀에 기초로 한 1개 이상의 항산화제 및/또는 아릴 아인산염을 첨가하고 열적으로 반응 혼합물을 처리함으로써 감소된 요오드 색수 및 감소된 염소 함량을 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시안산염 및 폴리페닐폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시안산염의 혼합물(MDI)을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 포스겐의 존재 또는 부재하에서, 포스겐화가 완결된후, 물 및 1개 이상의 1가 또는 다가 폴리옥시알킬렌 알코올 또는 이것들의 혼합물이 반응 혼합물에 유효량으로 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 증가된 온도에서 1개 이상의 비활성 유기 용매의 존재하에서 디페닐메탄디아민 및 폴리페닐폴리메틸렌폴리아민의 상응하는 혼합물과 포스겐을 반응시키고, 포스겐화가 완결된 후 과량의 포스겐 및 용매를 분리시키고, 반응 생성물을 열적으로 처리함으로써, 감소된 요오드 색수 및 감소된 염소 함량을 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시안산염 및 폴리페닐 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시안안산염의 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유효량의 혼합물이 반응 혼합물에서 디페닐메탄 디이소시안산염 및 폴리페닐폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시안산염의 혼합물의 중량에 기초로 하여 각각 ⅰ)0.01 내지 0.3중량%의 물 및 ⅱ)0.05 내지 5중량%의 1개 이상의 1가 또는 다가 폴리옥시알킬렌 알코올로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 1가 또는 다가 폴리옥시알킬렌 알코올(ⅱ)이 20 내지 1800의 히드록실 가를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
