Abstract
본 발명은 저렴한 침전제를 사용하여 간단한 방법에 의해 높은 수율로 고순도의 발린을 정제하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
발린 함유 수용액을 p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산 또는 이의 수용성염과 반응시켜 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트 결정을 형성시킨다. 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트를 분리시킨 다음, 분해시켜 발린을 정제하여 수득한다. p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산을 유리 산, 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염의 형태일 수 있다.
발린 1mol 및 p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산을 유리 산, 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염의 형태일 수 있다.
발린 1mol 및 p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산 1mol을 포함하는 부가물을 형성하여 발린을 정제하는 방법은 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트의 용해도가 낮으므로 발린이 높은 효율로서 수득될 수 있고, 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트의 특이성 때문에 발린으로부터 통상 거의 분리되지 못했던 류신 및 이소류신과 같은 아미노산으로부터 발린이 높은 속도로 분리할 수 있다는 효과를 가진다. p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산을 저렴한 이소프로필벤젠을 설포화시킴으로써 용이하게 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 발린 1mol 및 p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산 1mol을 포함하는 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트 결정.
- 발린 함유 수용액을 p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산 또는 이의 수용성염과 반응시켜 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트 결정을 형성한 다음, 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트를 분리시키고, 발린 p-이소프로필벤젠설포네이트를 분해시켜 발린을 수득함을 포함하는, 발린 정제 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, p-이소프로필벤젠설폰산의 수용성염이 알칼리 금속염인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
