Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 소정부위에 설치되는 주, 정차된 차량의 밀림방지장치에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 자동 변속기 차량에 구비되는 변속기레버는 상기 변속기 차량에 장착되는 변속기의 일측에 표시된 주차위치로 이동되게 될 때 상기 주차브레이크를 당기는 기능과 동일한 효과를 내도록 되어 있는 바 실질적으로 좀더 확고하게 주, 정차된 차량의 밀림을 방지할 수 있게 하는 주차 밀림 방지장치가 상기 자동 변속기 차량 또는 수동 변속기 차량에는 구비되어 있지 않음으로 상기차량이 소정의 각도를 경사진 노면에 위치되게 되는 경우에 일측으로 밀리게 되는 문제점을 해소하기 위하여, 차량의 일측 소정부위에 구비되는 주차 브레이크 또는 상기 주차 브레이크의 일측에 구비된 변속기 레버(1)로 부처 소정의 거리에모터(2)가 구비되고 상기 모터(2)의 일측에 유압펌프(3)가 연결되며 상기 유압펌프(3)의 소정부위에는 양측으로 각각 유압호스(4)가 연결되고 각각의 상기 유압호스(4)에는 서로 대칭되게 구비되는 밀림 방지수단이 연결됨으로써 운전자가 좀더 편리하고 안전하게 차량을 주,정차시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 주,정차된 차량의 밀림 방지장치를 나타내는 개략 계통도, 제2도는 제1도에 의한 차량의 밀림 방지장치가 사용되는 상태를 나타낸 부분 개략 정면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 차량의 일측 소정부위에 구비되는 주차 브레이크에 있어서, 상기 주차 브레이크 또는 상기 주차 브레이크의 일측에 구비된 변속기 레버(1)로부터 소정의 거리에 모터(2)가 구비되고 상기 모터(2)의 일측에 유압 펌프(3)가 연결되며 상기 유압펌프(3)의 소정부위에는 양측으로 각각 유압 호스(4)가 연결되고 각각의 상기 유압호스(4)에는 서로 대칭되게 구비되는 밀림 방지수단이 연결되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 밀림 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀림 방지수단은 일측에 로드(5)가 연결된 실린더(6)가 구비되고 타측에는 연결부재(7)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 밀림 방지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재(7)는 일측에 제1힌지핀(8)이 구비되고 상기 제1힌지핀(8)으로 부터 소정의 거리에 제2힌지핀(9)이 구비되며 타측에는 쐐기(10)가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 밀림 방지장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1힌지핀(8)은 상기 연결부재(7)의 회동길이에 상응하여 차량의 후측 소정부위에 형성되는 장슬롯(11)에 슬라이딩되게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 밀림 방지장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2힌지핀(9)은 상기 실린더(6)의 일측에 구비되는 로드(5)의 일단과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 밀림 방지장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 쐐기(10)는 차량의 소정부위에 장착되는 휠(12)의 외주면에 상응하여 일측에 접촉부(13)가 형성되고 타측에는 지면에 대응되게 지지부(14)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 밀림 방지장치.
