Claims (2)
- 통상의 스크린 날염기 감속기에 있어서, 본체(2)의 일측에 결합된 오일시일(3)과 베어링(4)(5)에 헤리칼 기어(6)가 일체로 형성된 입력축(7)의 일단이 돌출되도록 내합한 후 상기의 돌출된 입력축(7)의 축봉(8)에 타이밍 풀리(9)를 결합, 고정하며 소 헤리칼 기어(10)가 일체로 형성된 중간축(13)의 일측에 대 헤리칼 기어(11)를 결합한 다음 베어링 어댑터(12)를 내삽하여 본체(2)에 결합된 베어링(14)(15)에 내합하되 상기의 헤리칼 기어(6)와 교합되도록 하며, 헤리칼 기어(16)가 결합된 출력축(17)을 본체(2)의 베어링(18)(19)에 내합하되 상기의 중간축(13)에 형성된 소 헤리칼 기어(10)와 교합되도록 결합하여 입력축(8)의 일단 지지용 베어링(20)(21)과 중간축(13)의 일단 지지용베어링(22)(23) 및 출력축(17)의 지지용 베어링(24)(25), 오일시일(26)을 내입하여 커버(27)를 구성하며, 출력축(17)의 헤리칼 기어(16)와 접하게 베어링 어댑터(28)를 내입한 후 상기의 커버(27)를 입력축(7), 중간축(13), 출력축(17) 일단이 지지 또는 축봉(29)이 돌출되도록 내입하여 보울트(30)로 오링(31)이 십입된 본체(2)의 일축면에 고정하고, 돌출된 출력축(17)의 축봉(29)에 타이밍 풀러(32)를 삽축하여 고정함으로서 감속기(1)의 내부를 형성하였으며, 감속기(1)의 전면에는 슬리이브관(33)을 용착하여 지지로울러(34)가 내삽된 너클봉(35)을 내합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 날염기의 감속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감속기(1)의 전면에 공압실린더(51)를 결합하고 피스콘로드(52)에 너클봉(53)을 연결한 후 전기의 너클봉(53)에 지지로울러(54)를 내삽하여 스퀴이지 구동 체인기어 박스(40)를 지지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 날염기의 감속기.
