Abstract

본 발명은 시비파종기에 관한 것으로, 접지바퀴의 회전운동에 의해 시비구동장치를 구동하고 요동프레임에서 후방에 배치한 진압롤러의 회전축에 체인케이스를 통해 구멍식 피종구동장치를 구동하도록 구성하며 상기 시비구동장치 및 구멍식 파종구동장치를 부착, 분리가능하게 설치함과 동시에 시비구동장치 후면부에 롤식 파종구동장치를 착탈가능하게 설치하도록 구성해서 유지나 작업 후의 비료, 종자를 용이하게 꺼낼 수 있도록 했으며, 시비구동장치와, 구멍식 파종구동장치 또는 롤러식 파종구동장치의 각각을 단독으로 사용가능하게 해서 별도로 작업할 수 있도록 했고, 시비구동장치와 종자삽입구멍 개구원판식 파종구동장치 또는 롤식 파종구동장치를 임의로 선택해서 시비파종작업을 가능하게 하며 여러종류의 종자를 대응해서 시비파종작업을 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 시비파종기를 트랙터후부에 장착한 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 시비파종기의 측면도, 제3도는 부착비임의 부착부 평면도, 제4도는 시비구동장치의 측면도, 제5도는 시비구동장치의 측단면도, 제6도는 파종구동장치의 분해사시도, 제7도는 파종구동장치의 평면도, 제8도는 파종구동장치의 측단면도, 제9도는 종자삽입구명 개구원판과 브러쉬의 분해사시도, 제10도는 시비구동장치를 제거한 상태의 측면도, 제11도는 시비구동장치에 롤형의 파종구동장치를 장착한 측면도, 제12도는 롤형의 파종구동장치의 분해측면도, 제13도는 롤형의 파종구동장치의 측단면도, 제14도는 롤형의 파종구동장치의 분해측단면도이고, 제15도는 롤형의 파종구동장치를 제거한 상태의 측면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 견인주행차량 후면부에 각도 및 높이를 변경할 수 있는 부착부를 통해 부착비임을 가로로 설치하고; 상기 부착비임에 시비파종 프레임을 부착하고; 상기 시비파종 프레임에 롤식의 시비구동장치를 장착하고; 상기 시비파종 프레임에서 평행한 링크를 통해 요동 프레임을 연결하고; 상기 요동 프레임에 종자삽입구멍 개구원판식 파종구동장치를 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 시비파종기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부착비임에 체인케이스를 부착하고; 상기 체인케이스 선단에 접지바퀴를 설치하며; 상기 접지바퀴의 회전운동에 의해 시비구동장치를 구동함과 동시에, 요동프레임에서 후방에 진압롤러를 배치하고; 상기 진압롤러의 회전축에서 체인케이스를 통해 종자삽입구멍 개구원판식 파종구동장치를 구동한 것을 특징으로 하는 시비파종기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시비구동장치 및 구멍식 파종구동장치를 분리, 부착가능하게 설치함과 동시에 시비구동장치 후면부에 롤식 파종구동장치를 분리, 부착가능하게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시비파종기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 시비구동장치와, 구멍기판식 파종구동장치 또는 롤식 파종구동장치의 각각을 단독으로 사용 가능하게 함과 동시에, 시비구동장치와, 종자삽입구멍 개구원판식 파종구동장치 또는 롤식 파종구동장치를 임의로 선택하여 시비파종작업을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시비파종기.
