Abstract

200ppm 인산의 존재하에 락톤과 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트사이의 반응에 의한 거대단량체의 제조방법을 제공한다. 반응은 100∼130℃의 온도에서 유리기 억제제의 조재하에 행한다. 바람직하기로는 락톤이 ε-카프로락톤이고 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트를 2-히드록시에틸아크릴레이트와 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트에서 선택하는 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 촉매가 반응혼합물중 200㎎/㎏ 이상, 바람직하기로는 250㎎/㎏ 이상의 농도로 인산을 함유하고, 방법을 100°∼130℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는, 락톤과 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트 사이의 촉매반응에 의한 거대단량체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인산 농도가 300㎎/㎏ 내지 750㎎/㎏임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인산 농도가 400㎎/㎏ 내지 600㎎/㎏임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 락톤이 ε-카프로락톤임을 특징으로 한 제조방법.
  5. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트를 2-히드록시에틸아크릴레이트와 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 반응을 105℃ 또는 그 이상의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 반응을 110℃ 또는 그 이상의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 500∼1500㎎/㎏의 농도에서 유리기억제제의 존재하에 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유리기억제제가 4-메톡시페놀임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 촉매가 300㎎/㎏ 내지 750㎎/㎏의 농도로 인산을 함유하고 바능을 105∼130℃의 온도에서 500∼1500㎎/㎏의 유리기 억제제의 존재하에 행함을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락톤과 2-히드록시에킬아크릴레이트사이의 촉매 반응에 의한 거대단량체의 제조방법.
  11. 실시예들에서 서술한 바와같은 락톤과 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트사이의 촉매 반응에 의한 거대단량체의 제조방법.
  12. 새로운 특징 또는 특징의 조합으로 서술한 바와같이 락톤과 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트사이의 촉매 반응에 의한 거대단량체의 제조방법.
