Abstract
내식성, 내침투성, 내열 스포올링성이 우수한 크롬-프리 벽돌을 제공함을 목적으로 하고, 산화마그네슘 원료 및/또는 산화마그네슘-산화알루미늄 스피넬 원료를 주원료로 하며, 산화티타늄을 1∼10wt%, 산화알루미늄을 1∼15wt% 함유한다. 또한, 산화철을 0.5∼10wt% 함유할 수 있다. 또한, 1∼10wt%의 금속분말, 1∼20wt%의 카본 및 1∼20wt%의 산화철 이외의 산화물원료중 최소한 1종을 함유할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 산화마그네슘 원료 및/또는 산화마그네슘-산화알루미늄 스피넬 원료를 주원료로 하고, 산화티타늄을 1∼10wt%, 산화알루미늄을 1∼15wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화철을 0.5∼10wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1∼10wt%의 금속분말, 1∼20wt%의 카본 및 1∼20wt%의 산화철 이외의 산화물 원료중 최소한 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점토를 0.5∼5wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1∼10wt%의 금속분말, 1∼20wt% 카본 및 1∼20wt%의 산화철 이외의 산화물 원료중 최소한 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제2항에 있어서, 점토를 0.5∼5wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제3항에 있어서, 점토를 0.5∼5wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제5항에 있어서, 점토를 0.5∼5wt% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-프리 벽돌이 소성품 또는 불소성품인 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬-프리 벽돌.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
