Abstract

본 발명은 감압성 접착 층, 접착 기면 층, 장식용 표면 층 이탈 표면으로 순서적으로 이루어지는 도벽재 시트 접착 기면 웹에 관한 것이다. 웹은 연속적인 감기에 의해 롤 속으로 자체적으로 감겨지며, 한 번 감은 것의 접착 층은 인접한 감은 것의 이탈 표면에 받아들여 진다. 제품은 강철판에 대하여 7N/25㎜ 보다 크지 않은 초기 접착(벗김)강도를 가지며, 24시간의 거류 시간 후에 강철판에 대한 접착은 적어도 5N/25㎜이고 12N/25㎜ 보다 더 크지는 않다. 본 발명은 또한 고분자-피복된 도벽재에 접착될 수 있는 웹을 제공한다. 웹의 접착 층은 접착제가 3주 동안 23±2℃에서 PVC 도벽재와의 접촉 후에 그의 접착 강도의 70%를 유지할 만큼의 저항력 있는 가소제인 접착제로 이루어진다.

Claims (10)

  1. 강철판에 대한 웹의 초기 접착(벗김)강도는 7N/25㎜ 보다 크지 않고, 24시간의 거류 시간 후에 강철판에 대한 접착 벗김은 초기 접착 보다 더 높으며 적어도 5N/25㎜이고 12N/25㎜보다 더 크지는 않으며, 접착기면의 내부 박리 강도는 초기 접착 강도 보다 더 큰것을 특징으로 하는 감압성 접착 층, 접착 기면 층, 장식 표면층, 이탈 표면으로 순서적으로 이루어지고, 여기서 웹은 연속적인 감기에 의해 롤 속으로 감겨지고, 한번 감은 것의 접착 층은 인접한 감은 것의 이탈 표면상에 받아들여지는 것인 연속적인 웹
  2. 접착제는 3주동안 23±2℃에서 90g/㎡의 건조 피복 중량을 갖고 적어도 20중량%의 양의 가소제로 이루어지는 PVC 피복된 도벽재를 가지고 30g/㎡의 건조중량을 갖는 층으로써 접착제로 접촉한 후에 적어도 70%의 접착 강도를 유지하는 저항력 있는 가소제이고, 접촉 기면의 내부 박리 강도는 강철에 대한 웹의 내부 초기 강도보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 감압성 접착 층, 접착 기면 층, 장식용 표면 층 및 이탈 표면으로 순서적으로 이루어지고, 여기서 웹은 연속적인 감기에 의해 롤 속으로 감겨지고, 한번 감은 것의 접착 층은 인접한 감은 것의 이탈 표면에 받아들여지는 것인 연속적인 웹.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 접착제는 3주 동안 23±2℃에서 30g/㎡의 건조 중량을 갖는 층으로써 접착제로 접촉에 의해 적어도 90%의 접착 강도를 유지하는 저항력 있는 가소제인 연속적인 웹.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 강철에 대한 웹의 초기 접착 강도는 7N/25㎜ 보다 크지 않고, 24시간의 거류 시간후에 강철에 대한 접착(벗김)은 적어도 5N/25㎜이고, 12N/25㎜보다 크지는 않은 연속적인 웹.
  5. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 웹이 비-비닐 표면에서 보다 비닐 표면에서 더 큰 접착 강도의 구축 속도를 갖는 연속적인 웹.
  6. 상기 항 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 감압성 접착제 층이 카스코탁 ADP 21-494아크릴 유화제로 이루어지는 연속적인 웹.
  7. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 이탈 표면이 바람직하게 적어도 1g/㎡의 건조중량을 갖는 실리콘에 의해 제공되는 연속적인 웹.
  8. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 접착 기면이 치수적으로 안정한 접착 기면으로 이루어지는 연속적인 웹.
  9. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 200㎜ 이상의, 바람직하게 300㎜이상의 폭을 갖는 연속적인 웹.
  10. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 장식용 표면 층은 예비 형성된 필름을 박편화함에 의해서, 또는 바람직하게 액체 조성물의 도포에 의해서, 바람직하게 플라스티솔로 친수성 접착 기면 물질의 웹에 도포된, 플라스틱 물질. 바람직하게 PVC로 이루어지는 층을 포함하는 연속적인 웹.
