Claims (10)

  1. 본질적으로, 소결된 단일상 다정질 고용체 알루미나 및 마그네시아 세라믹의 소결점에서 알루미나 중의 마그네시아 용해한도 이하로 마그네시아 함량을 갖는, 상기 세라믹으로 구성된 플루오르화수소(HF) 접촉면을 포함하는 HF 내성 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성인 제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 자외선, 적외선 또는 전자파용 투명 창인 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 파이프, 도관, 실린더, 디스크, 플레이트, 세척기, 라이너, 반응 용기, 수용 용기, 펌프 부품, 밸브 부품, 기계 프로브(probe), 컬럼 충진재 및 촉매 지지 매체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면이 Al3+몰당 Mg2+약 10 내지 3300μ몰을 함유하는 제품.
  6. 본질적으로, 소결된 단일상 단정질 고용체 알루미나 및 마그네시아 세라믹의 소결점에서 알루미나 중의 마그네시아 용해한도 이하로 마그네시아 함량을 갖는, 상기 세라믹으로 구성된 HF 접촉면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고체면을 HF와 접촉시키는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 HF 접촉면을 약 0℃ 내지 700℃에서 HF와 접촉시키는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, HF가 반응물로서 사용되거나 또는 부산물로서 생성되는 할로겐화 반응 또는 탈할로겐화 반응을 수반하는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, HF가 플루오로방향족 생성물을 생성시키는 반응물인 반응을 수반하는 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, HF 제조, 저장 또는 운반을 수반하는 방법.
