Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 알루미네이트 함유 코어를 둘러싸고 있는 SiO2피복물을 포함하는 약 85중량% 이상의 “F”등급 플라이애시(1)와 수경 시멘트 성분을 함유하는 석회(2)를 포함하는 시멘트성 혼합물로부터 형성된 펠릿의 초기 미처리강도를 개선시키는 방법에 있어서, 석회와 SiO2피복물을 알루민산칼슘과 알루미나 점토로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 함유하는 미분된 알루미나(당해 알루미나는 혼합물의 배합 건조 중량의 약 5% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 물질을 함유한다)와 반응시키는 단계(a), 충분한 물을 첨가하여 혼합물을 수화시키는 단계(b) 및 수화된 혼합물로부터, 약 30ft 상공에서 콘크리트 표면에 낙하시켰을 때 콘트리트 표면과 접촉하여 파괴되지 않는 성능이 특징인 펠릿을 형성하는 단계(c)를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제16항에 있어서, 플라이 애시가, 혼합물의 건조 중령을 기준으로 하여, 약 90중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제16항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 알루미나 점토를 시멘트성 혼합물에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제18항에 있어서, 알루미나 점토가 고령토인 방법.
  5. 제18항에 있어서, 알루미나 점토가 멀라이트 점토인 방법.
  6. 제18항에 있어서, 알루미나 점토가 깁사이트인 방법.
