그의 한면 이상에 라미네이팅된 스펀본디드 폴리프로필렌 섬유 시이트(10)을 갖는 멜트 블로운 폴리프로필렌 섬유웹(20)으로 이루어진 조절된 다공도의 복합체 시이트는 2층 복합체 시이트를 제조할 경우에는 멜트 블로운 섬유웹을 비가열 탄성롤(2)의 반대에서 작동하는 140 내지 170℃로 가열된 금속 롤(1)과 접촉시키고, 3층 복합체 시이트를 제조할 경우에는 가열 금속 롤라 접촉하는 스펀본디드 웹이 섬유 당 6미만의 dtex값을 갖는 방식으로 성분 웹의 어셈블리를 캘린더링시킴으로서 제조된다. 이러한 복합체 시이트는 약 5내지 75초의 걸리-힐다공도, 뛰어난 기계 및 인열 강도, 높은 수증기 투과율 및 낮은 액체 물 투과율을 갖는다. 이 들은 특히 하우스랩 시이트 및 살균 화장용 시이트에 적합하다. 살균 포장 분야에 있어서, 이들은 동일한 목적으로 사용되는 의료용 페이퍼보다 훨씬 우수하다.

Claims (13)

  1. TAPPI 시험 T-519 om-86에 의해 측정하여 75% 이상의 불투명도를 갖고, 걸리-힐(Gurley-hill)다공도로 표현하여 5 내지 75초의 낮은 공기 투과율을 갖고, ASTM 표준 E96, 방법 B에 따라서 24시간에 500g/㎡ 이상의 높은 수증기 투과율을 갖고, AATCC 표준 127-1985에 따라서 유체 정압 헤드에 의해 표현하여 0.75m이상의 낮은 액체 물 투과율을 갖고, 살균 포장에 사용되는 의료용 페이퍼보다 상당히 더 높은 세균에 대한 배리어 특성을 갖는, 하나의 멜트 블로운 폴리프로필렌 섬유웹 및 그의 한편 이상에 라미네이팅된 하나의 스펀 본디드 폴리프로필렌 섬유 시이트로 이루어지고, 여기서 멜트 블로운 섬유는 1 내지 10㎛의 평균 직경을 갖고 멜트 블로운 섬유웹 그 자체는 약 17 내지 40.7κ/㎡의 평균 중량을 가지며, 스펀본디드 시이트의 섬유는 20㎛이상의 평균 직경을 갖고 스펀본디드 시이트 그 자체는 약 17 내지 100g/㎡의 평균 중량을 갖는 것인, 고강도, 인열 저항성의 캘린더링된 복합체 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 30 내지 75초의 걸리-힐 다공도를 갖는, 하우스랩으로서 사용되는 복합체 시이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, ASTM E96, 방법 B에 따라서 24시간에 500g/㎡의 수증기 투과율을 가지며, 유체 정압 헤드에 의해 표현하여 0.9m 이상의 액체 물 투과율을 갖는 복합체 시이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 50초의 걸리-힐 다공도를 가지며, 표준화된 세균 시험 체임버 조건하에서 시험 샘플의 60%이상이 세균이 없는 것을 나타내는데 효과적인 세균에 대한 배리어 특성을 제공하는, 살균 포장에 사용되는 복합체 시이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 멜트 블로운 웹이 정전기적으로 대전된 것인 복합체 시이트.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 멜트 블로운 웹이 정전기적으로 대전된 것인 복합체 시이트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 스펀본디드 시이트의 섬유가 필라멘트 단 10 이상의 dtex값을 갖는 것인 2층 복합체 시이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 스펀본디드 층이 필라멘트 당 6 dtex미만의 섬유로 제조되는 것인 3층 복합체 시이트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 복합체 시이트로 제조된 미량 거르기 요소.
  10. 멜트 블로운 섬유는 1 내지 10㎛의 평균 직경을 갖고 멜트 블로운 섬유웹 그 자체는 약 17 내지 40.7g/㎡의 평균 중량을 가지며, 스펀본디드 시이트의 섬유는 20㎛이상의 평균 직경을 갖고 스펀본디드 시이트 그 자체는 약 17 내지 100g/㎡의 평균 중량을 가지며, 캘린더는 약 1.75×10-5내지 3.5×10N-5/m의 닙 하중에서 75 내지 85이 쇼아 D 경도를 갖는 비가열 탄성 롤의 반대에서 작동하는, 140 내지 170℃의 온도로 가열된 평활금속 롤을 포함하며, 단 2층 복합체 시이트를 형성할 경우에는 단지 멜트 블로운 섬유웹만 가열된 금속 롤과 직접 접촉시키고, 3층 복합체 시이트를 형성할 경우에는 가열된 금속 롤과 접촉하는 스펀본디드 시이트가 필라멘트 당 6미만의 dtex값(DTPF)을 갖는 필라멘트로 이루어지는 것인, 멜트 블로운 폴리프로필렌 섬유웹 및 그의 한면 이상에 라미네이팅된 스펀본디드 폴리프로필렌 섬유 시이트로 이루어진 어셈블리를 캘린더 중에서 캘린더링시키는 것인 복합체 시이트의 제조 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 2층 복합체 시이트를 제조하고, 가열된 금속 롤과 접촉하는 웹의 멜트 블로운 섬유가 섬유 당 약 10 이상의 dtex를 갖는 것인 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 가열된 금속 롤의 온도가 140 내지 150℃인 것인 방법.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 가열된 금속 롤과 접촉하는 층이 이러한 접촉전에, 가열된 금속 롤의 온도보다 약 20℃낮은 온도로 예열되는 것인 방법.
