Abstract

본 발명은 점착성이 거의 없으며, 반복해서 사용할 수 있고, 가교된 필름을 서로 접착시킨 다음, 유리시켜도 응집 파괴가 일어나지 않으며, 단순한 원료로 제조할 수 있는 자기-접착성 필름(self-adhesive film)에 관한 것이다. 상기 필름은 아크릴산 에스테르의 단량체와 분자내에 상호 반응성 작용기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 올리고머의 공중합체로 구성된다. 상기 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체의 단독 중합에 의해 수득한 단독 중합체의 Tg값은 20℃를 초과(Tg〉20℃)하고, 상기 올리고머에서 형성된 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르의 단독 중합체의 Tg값은 -20℃미만(Tg〈 -20℃)이다. 하기 식에 의해 정의한 F값은 2.8×10-3내지 3.7×10-3의 범위에 속한다:
F=W1/(Tg1+ 273.2) + W2/(Tg2+ 273.2) + … + Wn/(Tgn+ 273.2)
상기 식에서, W1내지 Wn은 각각 단량체가 올리고머로 구성된 첫번째 부터 n번째 성분의 중량 분획을 나타내고; Tg 내지 Tgn은 각각 상기 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 단량체와 올리고머의 단독 중합체로 구성된 첫번째 부터 n번째 성분의 유리 전이 온도(℃)를 나타낸다.

자기-접착성 필름 및 이를 상용한 적충체 (SELF-ADHESIVE FILM AND LAMINATE USING THE SAME)

제1도는 실시예 1에서 제조한 바와 같은 본 발명의 자기-접착성 필름을 도포한 핸들-베어링 샘플의 사시도이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 자기-접착성 필름에 있어서, 이 필름에 존재하는 올리고머와 단량체의 조성에 대하여 자기-접착 강도(0도 박리 강도)의 변화를 도시한 그래프이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 자기-접착성 필름에 있어서, 이 필름의 두께에 대한 점착 강도(0도 박리 강도)의 변화를 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (7)

  1. (A) 1종 이상의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 단량체와 (B) 분자재에 하나이상의 상호 반응성 작용기를 갖는 1종 이상의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 올리고머와의 공중합체를 포함하는 표면 점착성이 거의 없는 자기-접착성(self-adhesive)필름에 있어서, 단량체(A)에서 유도된 단독 중합체의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)는 20℃를 초과하고, 올리고머(B)의 유리 전이 온도는 -20℃ 미만이고, 상기 공중합체는 F값(하기식으로 정의함)은 약 2.8×10-3내지 3.7×10-3의 범위에 속하는 자기-접착성 필름:
    F=W1/(Tg1+ 273.2) + W2/(Tg2+ 273.2) + … + Wn/(Tgn+ 273.2)
    상기 식에서, W1내지 Wn은 각각 단량체(A)와 올리고머의 단독 중합체로 구성된 첫번째 성분부터 n번째 성분의 중량 분획을 나타내고; Tg1내지 Tgn은 각각 상기 단량체와 올리고머로 구성된 첫번째 성분부터 n번째 성분의 유리 전이 온도(℃)를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 올리고머의 수 평균 분자량이 1,000내지 20,000인 자기-접착성 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 올리고머가 에틸 아크릴레이트로 형성된 자기-접착성 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 두께가 20내지 5,000㎛인 자기-접착성 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 높이가 10내지 1,000㎛범위내에서 불규칙한 자기-접착성 필름.
  6. 제1항에 자기-접착성 필름을 기재상에 적층시킨 적충체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체가, 단량체(A)와 올리고머(B)의 전자선 중합반응에 의해 수득하거나, 또는 단량체(A)와 올리고머(B)를 합한 중량 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.1내지 5 중량부의 함량으로 광중합개시제를 첨가하여 단량체(A)와 올리고머(B)를 광중합시킴으로써 수득한 것인 자기-접착성 필름.
