Abstract

광 방사(20)용 입구면(4) 및 출구면(5)을 갖는 성분의 광학 투사 성분(1)이 기술되고 상기 면(4;5)의 하나에는 반사 방지 그레이팅(10;15)이 제공된다. 제2반사 방지 그레이팅의 제2표면(5;4)를 제공하고 제1그레이팅(10)의 그레이팅 스트립(11)이 제1 및 제2표면(4;5)의 면적에 대응하는 제2그레이팅(15)의 그레이팅 스트립(16)에 수직으로 확장하는 것을 보장함으로써 상기 성분이 복굴절임을 방지한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 광 방사용 입구면 및 출구면을 갖는 광 전송 성분에서 상기 면중 하나에 반사 방지 그레이팅이 제공되는 광 전송 성분이, 제2표면에 제2반사 방지 그레이팅이 제공되고 제1그레이팅의 그레이팅 스트립이 제1 및 제2표면의 면적에 대응하는 제2그레이팅의 그레이팅 스트립에 수직으로 확장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두 반사 방지 그레이팅이 직선 그레이팅 스트립을 갖는 선형 그레이팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 곡선이고 회전 대칭의 입구면 및 출구면을 갖는 광 전송 성분에서, 하나의 반사 방지 그레이팅의 그레이팅 스트립이 원형이고 다른 반사 방지 그레이팅은 방사상으로 및 대칭 축에 수직으로 확장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 방사상으로 확장하는 그레이팅 스트립을 갖는 그레이팅이 다수의 링으로 분할되고 중앙에서 가장자리로 각각 이어지는 링이 늘어나는 수의 그레이팅 스트립을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반사 방지 그레이팅이 프로파일 그레이팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 반사 방지 그레이팅이 투명 합성 재료의 얇은 층에 있고, 상기 층이 각각 입구면 및 출구면 상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 반사 방지 그레이팅이 입구면 자체 및 출구면 자체에 각각 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 전송 성분.
  8. 적어도 하나의 이산 성분을 갖는 방사 빔 상에서의 유도 및 실행 작동용 광학 시스템에 있어서, 상기 이산 성분의 적어도 하나가 제1 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
  9. 광학 기록 매체를 스캐닝하고 방사원으로부터 기록 매체를 통해 검출 시스템으로 방사선을 유도하는 방사원, 방사선 감지 검출 시스템 및 광학 시스템이 제공되는 광학 스캐닝 장치에 있어서, 광학 시스템이 제8항에 청구된 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 스캐닝 장치.
  10. 하나의 신(scene)의 세가지 다른 칼라 영상을 공급하기 위한 세 기본 영상 소스와 상기 영상 소스로부터의 세 부 빔을 하나의 칼라 빔으로 조합하기 위한 빔 재결합 장치와 투사 스크린 상에 상기 빔을 투사하기 위한 투사 렌즈 시스템을 포함하는 칼라 영상 투사 장치에 있어서, 적어도 빔 재결합 장치가 적어도 제1 내지 제7항에서 청구된 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 영상 투사 장치.
