Abstract

3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염을 함유하는 차량 탑승자 제지장치의 가스발생기용 자동점화 조성물이 약 150℃(320℉) 내지 220℃(428℉)의 온도에서 신속판 자동점화를 가져오므로서 가스발생기가 저온에서 조작되도록 하여 알루미늄통의 사용을 용이하게 한다. 본 발명의 자동점화 조성물은 쇼크 또는 충격에 비교적 민감하지 않고 제조와 취급에 안전하고 분류 B물질로 유리하게 분류된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염가 산화제를 함유하는 제일첨가제를 함유하는 차량탑승자 제지장치의 가스발생기용 자동점화조성물에서 상기 제일첨가제를 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염과 조합했을때 상기 조성물이 열안정성을 나타내는 상기 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제를 알카리금속 함유산화제 화합물, 알카리토류금속 함유산화제 화합물과 이들의 혼합물에서 선택하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제를 알카리금속질산염, 알카리금속 아질산염, 알카리금속 과염소산염, 알칼리토류금속 질산염, 알카리토류금속 아질산염, 알카리토류금속 과염소산염과 이들의 혼합물에서 선택하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 아질산나트륨인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 피크람산을 함유하는 제이첨가제를 더 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄과 알루미늄에서 선택한 부가적 에너지점화물질을 더 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄과 알루미늄에서 선택한 부가적 에너지점화물질을 더 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염이 약 65∼95중량%의 농도로 존재하고 산화제가 질산나트륨으로 약 5∼35중량%의 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  9. 제2항에있어서, 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염이 약65∼95중량%의 농도로 존재하고 산화제가 아질산나트륨으로 약 5∼35중량%의 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염이 약65∼95중량%의 농도로 존재하고 산화제가 과염소산 칼륨으로 약 5∼35중량%의 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염이 약65∼95중량%의 농도로 존재하고 산화제는 질산나트륨, 아질산나트륨, 과염소산 칼륨에서 선택되어 약 5∼35중량%의 농도로 존재하고 피크람산은 약 0∼20중량%의 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염이 약65∼95중량%의 농도로 존재 하고 산화제는 질산나트륨, 아질산나트륨, 과염소산 칼륨에서 선택되어 약 5∼35중량%의 농도로 존재하고, 상기 부가적 점화물질은 붕소, 티타늄, 지르코늄과 알루미늄에서 선택되어 약 0∼10중량%의 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  13. 3-니트로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-온의 히드라진염과 피크람산을 함유하는 제일첨가제로 이루어지는 차량 탑승자 제지장치의 가스발생기용 자동점화 조성물.
