Abstract

본 발명은 에어백 억제 시스템에 사용하기 적합한 기체 발생제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 연료로서 테트라이졸 또는 트리아졸을 포함하고, 산화제로서 알루미늄, 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 염소산염, 과염소산염, 또는 질산염을 포함하고, 알루미나 및 결합제를 포함하는 알루미늄 성분 함유 조성물이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 연료로서 테트라아졸 또는 트리아졸 화합물 약2내지 약45중량% :암모늄, 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 염소산염, 과염소산염, 질산염, 전이 금속 산화물, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 산화제 약50 내지 약75중량% ;알루미나 약 0.5 내지 약 30중량% ; 및 결합제 약1 내지 약10중량 %를 포함하는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 몰리브덴 디설파이드, 후연, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 비닐 플루오리드 /헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 니티로셀룰로오스, 다당류, 폴리비닐피톨리돈, 폴리카르보네이트, 나트륨 실리케이트, 칼슘 스데아레이트, 마그네슘 스테아레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 몰리브덴 디설파이드 및 폴리카르보네이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 질산 나트륨이 산화제로서 상기 조성물의 약 1.0중량% 이상의 함량으로 존재하는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 탄산염 및 알칼리 토금속 탄산염, 옥살산염 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 냉각제 약1 내지 약 10 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 흑연 섬유 약1 내지 약10 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 약1 중량% 이하를 포함하는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카를 함유하지 않는 기체 발생제 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나가 알루미나 섬유를 포함하는 기체 발생제 조성물.
