하기 일반식(1)로 나타내는 2,3- 디히드로벤조푸란 유도체 또는 그의 염, 그의 제조방법 및 그의 용도:
〔상기식에서, R1은 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고; n은 2~6의 정수이며; A는 카르보닐기 또는 술포닐기를 나타내고; R2는 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 저급 알킬기 (1 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환 또는 비치환됨), 저급 알콕시기, 히드록실기, 니트로기 또는 시아노기를 나타내며; *는 비대칭 탄소를 나타낸다〕.
본 발명의 2,3-디히드로벤조푸란 유도체 또는 그의 염은 세로토닌 1A수용체에 대한 강한 친화성을 가지므로, 두려움 방지제, 우울증 방지제, 고혈압 및 운동 멀미 치료제, 우주 멀미 치료제 및 현기증 약품을 포함하는 구토 방지제와 같은 세로토성 신경계 관련 질환의 치료제로서 유용하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하기식(1)로 나타내는 2,3- 디히드로벤조푸란 유도체 또는 그의 염:
    〔상기식에서, R1은 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고; n은 2~6의 정수이며; A는 카르보닐기 또는 술포닐기를 나타내고; R2는 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 저급 알킬기 (1 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환 또는 비치환됨), 저급 알콕시기, 히드록실기, 니트로기 또는 시아노기를 나타내고; *는 비대칭 탄소를 나타낸다〕.
  2. 하기식(2)로 나타내는 화합물과 하기식(3)으로 나타내는 화합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하기식(1)로 나타내는 2,3- 디히드로벤조푸란 유도체 또는 그의 염의 제조방법:
    〔상기식에서, R1은 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고; n은 2~6의 정수이며; A는 카르보닐기 또는 술포닐기를 나타내고; R2는 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 저급 알킬기 (1 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환 또는 비치환됨), 저급 알콕시기, 히드록실기, 니트로기 또는 시아노기를 나타내며; X는 이탈 원자 또는 이탈기를 나타낸고; *는 비대칭 탄소를 나타내며; R11은 아미노 보호기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다 (단, 상기식(2)의 R11이 아미노 보호기인 경우, 상기식(2)로 나타내는 화합물과 상기식(3)로 나타내는 화합물의 반응에 의해 수득된 생성물을 아미노 보호기를 제거시키는 처리를 수행하여 그 대신에 수소원자를 치환시킨다)〕.
  3. 활성 성분으로 하기식(1)로 나타내는 2,3- 디히드로벤조푸란 유도체 또는 그의 염을 함유하는 세로토닌성신경-관련 질환치료용 약제학적 조성물:
