Abstract

본 발명은 편평형 드럼모터에 관한 것으로, 특히 고정자와 회전자 사이의 공극을 가변시켜 모터의 특성을 조절할 수 있도록 구성함으로서 구동특성이 상이한 여러 제품들에 적용할 수 있는 공극가변 모터에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 공극가변 모터는 모터의 특성을 가변할 수 있으므로 특성이 다른 다양한 제품들에 적합하도록 조절사용할 수 있어 폭넓은 적용분야를 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사양변화에도 대처가 용이한 잇점을 가지고 있다. 아울러, 공극을 크게 하면 고회전수를 얻을 수 있고, 작게 하면 고토크를 얻을 수 있으므로 하나의 모터로 고회전수와 고토크의 구현이 가능하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 고정자와 고정자에 고정되어 회전하는 회전자를 갖는 모터에 있어서, 상기 고정자나 상기 회전자 중 어느 하나의 위치를 회전축심 방향으로 이동시켜 상기 고정자와 회전자 사이의 공극을 조정함으로서 적용기기에 적합한 특성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공극가변 모터.
  2. 드럼고정자 내부에 수용되어 회전하는 드럼회전자를 구동하는 모터에 있어서, 상기 드럼고장자에 안착고정되어 회전자와 소정간격 이격하여 대면하며, 외부로부터 전류를 인가받아 전계를 형성하는 코일을 구비한 고정자; 상기 고정자의 코일과 소정간격 이격하여 대면하고, 상기 코일의 자기장에 의해 유도기전력을 유발하여 회전하는 마그네트와, 외주면 상부에 상기 마그네트가 고착되고, 그 하부가 상기 고정자를 관통하여 상기 드럼회전자와 당접하며, 축심부에 조정부재가 축심방향을 따라 이동가능케 고정되는 부시를 구비한 회전자; 상기 부시를 상기 드럼회전자상에서 축심방향을 따라 이동가능케 고정하며, 회전에 따라 상기 고정자와 상기 회전자의 사잇간격을 가변시키는 조정부재; 및 상기 드럼회전자상에서 상기 회전자의 이동조절시 상기 회전자가 축심방향으로만 움직이도록 이송방향을 규제안내하여 평형을 유지시키는 규제수단을 포함하는 공극가변모터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조절부재는 상기 부시를 관통하여 상기 드럼 회전자에 체결되는 조정나사와, 상기 부시와 상기 드럼회전자 사이에 노출된 상기 조정나사의 외주부에 탄설되어 상기 드럼회전자상에서 상기 부시를 상향가압하고 있는 탄성편으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공극가변 모터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 규제수단은 상기 드럼회전자 상부에 축심으로부터 소정간격 이격하여 축심과 평행하게 돌설된 적어도 두개 이상의 돌출부와, 상기 돌출부와 동일갯수를 갖고 상기 부시에 형성되어 돌출부가 삽입되고, 상기 부시의 이동조절시 돌출부에 가이드받아 상기 부시를 평행안내함과 아울러 원주방향으로의 헛동을 규제하는 가이드홈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공극가변 모터.
