Abstract

본 발명은 편조케이블의 단자에 관한 것으로서 특히 제조가 용이하여 생산성을 높이도록 한 것으로써, 편조케이블을 일정간격으로 열압착하여 융착되게 단자부를 구성하는 열압착과정과, 상기 열압착과정에 의하여 형성된 단자부를 일정 길이와연결공이 형성되도록 절단하는 절단과정에 의하여 구성되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 편조케이블의 양단을 열압착함에 따라 융착되어 형성된 단자부와, 상기 단자부에는 다른 단자와 연결할 수있도록 하는 연결공을 구비함을 특징으로하는 편조케이블의 단자.
  2. 편조케이블을 일정간격으로 호트프레스에 의하여 열압착하여 융착되게 단자부를 구성하는 열압착과정과,상기 열압착과정에 의하여 형성된 단자부를 일정 길이와 연결공이 형성되도록 프레스에 의하여 절단하는 절단과정에 의하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 편조케이블의 단자제조방법.
