Abstract

본 발명은 겨울철에 도로에 쌓인 눈을 제거하기 위한 제설기에 관한 것으로, 삽날부재(1)에 연결되는 삽날 연결부재(3)의연결대(32)에 체결부재(6)가 회동가능하게설치 고정하고, 운송장비(5)의 범퍼(51)에 장착되는 고정부재(4)의 양측에 상기체결부재(6)가 끼워지는 요함부(45)를 설치하여 회동되는 체결부재(6)의 끝단이 고정부재(5)의 요함부(45) 내측으로 삽입되게 밀어 넣은 후 체결부재(6)에 나사 결합되는 체결너트(61)를 이용하여 조립 체결토록 구성한 제설기의 삽날 연결장치이다.

제1도는 본 발명을 적용한 제설기의 일측면도, 제2도는 삽날 연결부재에 체결부재가 부설된 상태의 정면도, 제3도는 삽날 연결부재에 체결부재가 부설된 상태의 측면도, 제4도는 삽날 연결부재에 설치되는 체결부재를 이용하여 운송장비의 고정부재를 조립하고 있는 것을 나타낸 요부 사시도, 제5도는 제4도의 요부 상세도.

Claims (1)

  1. 노면에 쌓인 눈을 밀어낼 수 있는 삽날부재(1)를 포함한 제설기를 운송장비(5)의 범퍼(51)에 탈·부착시킴에 있어서, 삽날부재(1)에 연결되는 삽날 연결부재(3)의 연결대(32)에 걸고리(31) 및 직교되게 설치되는 나사부 몸체(62)를 구비하는 체결부재(6)가 회동가능하게 설치 고정하고, 운송장비(5)의 범퍼(51)에 장착되는 고정부재(4)의 양측에 상기나사부 몸체(62)가 끼워지는 요함부(45)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제설기의 삽날 연결장치.
