본 발명은 권선트랜스용 소재로서 적합한 철기비정질합금박대에 관한 것이다.
발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
단판에서의 자기특성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 권선코아로 가공후의 철손값의 비(Building Factor)의 양상을 도모하고자 한다.
발명의 해결방법의 요지
Fe-B-Si계 철기비정질합금박대에 권선코아 가공후의 철손열화를 개선하기 위해 제4원소로서 Mn을 첨가하였다.
발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명은 권선트랜스용 소재로서 대단히 우수하며, 이로 인한 에너지 절감효과가 크다.

권선트랜스용 철기비정질합금박대
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 Fe79-dB13Si8Mnd조성의 철기비정질합금박대의 단판에서의 자기특성과 Mn첨가량의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제2도는 위조성의 철기비정질합금박대의 압축응력하에서의 철손과, 압측응력을 부가하지 않는 상태에서의 철손비(鐵損比)와 Mn첨가량과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제3도는 위조성의 철기비정질합금박대를 원형의 권선코아로 가공한 후의 철손값과 Mn 첨가량과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제4도는 위조성의 철기비정질합금박대의 원형권선코아에 있어서의 B.F(철손값의 비, Building Factor)와 Mn첨가량의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제5도는 Fe78.6B13Si8Mn0.4및 Fe79B13Si8조성의 철기비정질합금박대를 원형권선코아로 가공후의 철손값과 B.F의 가공곡률반경과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 화학식:
    FeaBbSicMnd
    식 중 78≤a≤82at%, 8≤b≤15at%, 4≤c≤14at%, 0.2≤d≤1.1at%로 나타내는 조성으로 된 권선코아에서 가공후의 권선코아의 철손값과 단판의 철손값의 비(B.F:Building Factor)가 1.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 권선트랜스용 철기비정질합금박대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 권선코아 가공이 반경 50㎜ 이하의 곡률가공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 권선트랜스용 철기비정질합금박대.
