Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 도어트림용 디포지트 박스장치에 관한 것으로, 도어트림(10)의 소정위치에 수용공간부(40)가 형성되고, 이 수용공간부(40)안에 소정의 각도로 회동하는 디포지트 박스(50)가 갖추어지며, 이 디포지트 박스(50)의 상부에 록킹부(60)가 설치되고, 수용공간부(40)의 상부면에 걸림부재(70)가 형성되며, 디포지트 박스(50)의 하부에는 스토퍼(80)가 형성된 힌지부(90)가 설치된 것으로, 자동차의 도어트림으로부터 노출되지 않도록 내장형으로 형성하여 먼지등과 같은 이물질의 삽입을 방지하고, 외관이 미려해지도록 하며, 자동차의 실내공간을 보다 확보하여 사용자의 편의를 도모하도록 한 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 도어트림에 형성된 디포지트 박스를 나타낸 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 디포지트 박스를 나타낸 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명의 결합 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 확대단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 도어트림(10)의 소정위치에 수용공간부(40)가 형성되고, 이 수용 공간부(40) 안에 소정의 각도로 회동되는 디포지트 박스(50)가 갖추어지며, 이 디포지트 박스(50)의 상부에 록킹부(60)가 설치되고, 수용공간부(40)의 상부면에 걸림부재(70)가 형성되며, 디포지트 박스(50)의 하부에는 스토퍼(80)가 형성된 힌지부(90)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어트림용 디포지트 박스장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 록킹부(60)는 수직방향으로 갖추어진 레버(61)의 일단에 축핀(62)이 형성되고, 상기 레버(61)와는 직교방향으로 상기 걸림부재(70)에 걸리도록 록 포크(63)가 갖추어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 드어트림용 디포지트 박스장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부(90)는 중심핀(91)을 중심으로 연결편(92, 93)이 형성되어 수용공간부(40)의 바닥면과 디포지트 박스(50)의 하부면에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어트림용 디포지트 박스장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디포지트 박스(50)의 일면에 수용 공간부(40)의 내부벽으로부터 손상을 입지 않도록 러버범퍼(51)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어트림용 디포지트 박스장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디포지트 박스(50)의 내부에 소정 간격으로 두고 다수개의 격벽(51)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어트림용 디포지트 박스장치.
