Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 차단커프의 통기방루성을 향상시킨 일회용 체액 흡수성 착용물품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 일회용기저귀(1)를 일례로하는 체액흡수성 착용물품의 상면으로부터 기립성향을 지닌 차단커프(6)가 표면에서 이면방향으로 연장되는 다수의 관로(30)를 구비한다. 관로(30)의 선단이 내측이 되도록 이의 이면 끼리가 대향되어 있다.

제1도는 일회용 기저귀의 부분파단사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선단면을 도시하는 기저귀의 부분사시도, 제3도는 시이트부재의 사시도.

Claims (10)

  1. 투액성표면 시이트와 불투액성 이면시이트와의 사이에 흡액성코어가 개재되어 구성된 본체의 좌우양측부에 본체 상면으로부터 기립성향을 지닌 플라스틱필름 차단커프를 구비한 일회용 체액 흡수성 착용물품에 있어서, 상기 차단커프는 차단커프의 이면이 대향하는 형태를 지니며, 상기 차단커프의 표면에서 이면 방향으로 향하여 연장된 양단개구인 다수의 관로를 지니며, 상기 대향하는 양이면의 사이에 공간을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 체액흡수성착용물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단커프는 이의 소재는 한장의 필름을 둘로접어서 포갬으로써 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단커프는 이의 소재인 두장의 필름을 겹침으로써 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 공간에 흡액성소재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 각 관로는 이의 연장방향을 향해 내부직경이 점차로 작아지도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 각 관로는 이의 연장방향을 향해 내부직경이 점자로 작아지도록 형성되어 있는 동시에, 상기 공간에 흡액성소재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 차단커프의 적어도 외부표면에 친수성을 부여하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 차단 커프의 적어도 외부표면에 친수성을 부여하고, 상기 각 관로는 이의 연장방향을 향해 내부직경이 점차로 작아지도록 형성되어 있는 동시에, 상기 공간에 흡액성소재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  9. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 대향하는 양 이면의 한쪽에서의 각 관로 연장단과 다른 쪽에서의 각 관로의 연장단이 서로 어긋나도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  10. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 차단커프의 적어도 외부표면에 친수성을 부여하고, 상기 각 관로는 이의 연장방향을 향해 내부직경이 점차로 작아지도록 형성되어 있는 동시에, 상기 공간에 흡액성소재가 개재되어 있고, 상기 대향하는 양이면의 한쪽에서의 각 관로연장단과 다른 쪽에서의 각 관로의 연장단이 서로 어긋나도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
