Abstract

본 발명의 TV캐비넷 브라운관등을 이송하는 제품 이송용 컨베이어 벨트의 자동 리턴장치에 관한 것으로 그 기술적인 구성은, 이송 컨베이어 벨트(1)의 리턴부(2) 전방으로 리턴장치 본체부(3)가 설치되며, 상기 리턴장치 본체부(3)의 상측에는 파fp트(4)가 진입토록 다수의 구동롤러(5)가 횡설된 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)가 설치되고, 상기 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)의 일측에는 스프라켓 휘일(7)과 일단이 실린더(8)와 연결 설치되는 체인(9)이 마련되어 상기 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)를 승하강토록 하며, 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)의 저부에는 가이드 블록(10)이 마련되어 하측으로 하향 입설된 가이드 레일(10')과 결합 고정토록 되는 것이다.
이에 따라서, 파레트 리턴장치의 간단한 구성에 의하여 제작 및 이송 컨베이어 밸트의 리턴부 일측에 설치가 용이하게 되며, 상기 파레트의 리턴작업을 자동화하여 작업성 및 생산성을 향상시키면서도 제품을 이송하는 파레트의 파손을 미연에 예방할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 이송 컨베이어 벨트(1)의 리턴부(2) 전방으로 리턴장치 본체부(3)가 설치되며, 상기 리턴장치 본체부(3)의 상측에는 파레트(4)가 진입토록 다수의 구동롤러(5)가 횡설된 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)가 설치되고, 상기 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)의 일측에는 스프라켓 휘일(7)과 일단이 실린더(8)와 연결 설치되는 체인(9)이 마련되어 상기 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)를 승하강토록 하며, 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)의 저부에는 가이드 블록(10)이 마련되어 하측으로 하향 입설된 가이드 레일(10')과 결합 고정토록 되는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제품 이송용 파레트의 리턴장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리턴장치 본체부(3)의 파레트 이송 플레이트(6)를 승하강하는 체인(9)과 가이드레일(10)은, 하측으로 일정각도 경사지게 설치되는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제품 이송용 파레트의 리턴장치.
