Abstract

[목적] 커버 보디의 구멍부의 소설변화량을 작게하고, 고온으로 되어도 스테이터 샤프트가 축방향으로 변위 되지 않고, 커버 보디의 구멍부와 스테이터 샤프트의 압입량이 감소하지 않도록 한다.
[구성] 자동 변속기(16)의 케이싱(18)에 고정되어 있으며, 축심부에 구멍부(12a)를 갖는 AC2B로 성형되어 있는 커버 도디(12)는, 이 구멍부(12a)의 표면이 500℃에서 3시간 용체화되고, 180℃에서 4시간 불리됨으로써, 90HB 이상의 경도를 갖는다. 커버 보디(12)의 구멍부(12a)에는 토오크 콘버터(22)의 스테이너(22a)를 지지하는 철제의 스테이터(22a)를 지지하는 천재의 스테이터 샤프트(14)가 압입되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명을 실시한 자동변속기의 일부를 나타내는 도면, 제2도는 커버보디의 재질, 열처리 조건 및 경도의 관계를 나타내는 도면, 제3도는 차량 조행시에 상승하는 자동변속기의 일반적인 온도에 있어서의, 제2도에 나타내는 각각의 커버 보디의 압입량과 발력(拔力)의 관계를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 자동 변속기(16)의 케이싱(18)에 고정되어 있으며, 축심부에 구멍부(12a)가 형성되어 있는 알루미늄제의 커버 보디(12)와, 토오크 콘버터(22)의 스테이커(22a)를 지지함과 동시에, 상기 커버 보디(12)의 상기 구멍부(12a)에 압입되는 철제의 스테이터 샤프트(14)를 갖는 오일 펌프 커버(10)에 있어서, 상기 커버보디(12)에는, 이들의 상기 구멍부(12a)의 표면이 경화된 후에, 상기 스테이터 샤프트(14)가 압입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일펌프 커버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버 보디(12)의 상기 구멍부(12a)의 표면의 경도는, 90HB 이상인 오일펌프 커버.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버 보디(12)의 상기 구멍부(12A)의 포면은, 금형주물용 알루미늄합금 2종B(AC2B)로 형성되어 있으며, 500℃시간 용체화된 후, 180℃에서 4시간 불림되어 있는 오일펌프.
