Abstract

본 발명에 의한 밀폐형 회전식 압축기의 습동부재는 회전축에 삽입되어 실린더 내면을 따라 회전하는 롤러와, 후면은 스프링에 의해 지지되고 선단부는 상기 롤러의 외경면에 미끄럼 접촉하는 베인을 구비하여 형성된 밀폐형 회전식 압축기에 있어서, 상기 베인재를 SKH51에 질화처리 한 것과, 상기 롤러재를 C, Si, P, Mn, Cr, Mo, Fe로 구성함으로써, 대체 냉매의 사용으로 기존소재의 변경이 불가피한 상황에서 양산성과 무관한 고합금 금속이나 세라믹 코팅방법등을 사용하지 않고, 롤러재를 기존소재 조직에서 약간의 경화조직인 스테라이트 조직을 보강함으로써 내마모성을 보강하여 신뢰성을 보장하는 동시에 롤러의 마모를 줄여 누설손실이 개선되도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 회전축에 삽입되어 실린더 내면을 따라 회전하는 롤러와, 후면은 스프링에 의해 지지되고 선단부는 상기롤러의 외경면에 미끄럼 접촉하는 베인을 구비하여 형성된 밀폐형 회전식 압축기에 있어서, 상기 베인재를 SKH51에 질화처리 한 것과, 상기 롤러재를 C, Si, P, Mn, Cr, Mo, Fe로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기의 습동부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러재의 성분을 C는 3.3 ∼3.5%이고, Si는 2.6∼2.8%이며, P는 0.4∼0.6%이고, Mn은 0.5∼0.6%이며, Cr은 0.1 ∼ 0.2%로 이루어 지며, Mo은 0.1~0.2%로 이루어지며, 나머지 Fe로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기의 습동부재.
