Abstract

본 발명은 피콜린산과 크롬을 반응시켜 피콜린산-크롬 복합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응을 40∼90℃의 온도 및 4.2 이하의 pH에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 종래 제조방법에 비하여 간단하고 빠르게 피콜린산-크롬 복합물을 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 피콜린산-크롬은 유효한 크롬 제공원으로서 각종 식품 및 사료에 첨가하여 인간 및 동물에 투여할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 피콜린산과 크롬을 반응시켜 피콜린산-크롬 복합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응을 40∼90℃의 온도 및 4.2 이하의 pH에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH는 3∼4의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 피콜린산-크롬 복합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 피콜린산과 크롬의 반응을 40∼90℃의 온도 및 pH 3.5∼4에서 10∼30분간 실시함을 특징으로 하는 피콜린산-크롬 복합물의 제조방법.
