Abstract

본 발명은 알킬방향족 탄화수소를 제조하기 위한 신규 이성질화 공정을 제공하는 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 증진된 크실렌 수율을 수득하기 위하여 크게 제한된 분자체 촉매를 사용하는 C8-방향족 탄화수소의 이성질화 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 이성질화 영역에서 수소의 존재하에 크실렌과 에틸벤젠의 비평형 공급 혼합물을 이 공급 혼합물에서 보다 높은 비율의 P-크실렌을 함유하는 이성질화 생성물을 수득하기에 유효한 C8-이성질화 조건에서 유효량의 SM-3 결정형 실리코알루미노포스페이트 분자체를 함유하는 촉매 착화물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 상기 공급 혼합물의 이성질화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 착화물이 유효량의 백금군 금속 성분을 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 촉매 착화물이 알루미나와 실리카 또는 그의 혼합물을 함유하는 무기-산화물 결합제를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 유효량의 백금군 금속 성분이 원소 기제에 대해 0.1 내지 5질량-%를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 이성질화 생성물이 파라-크실렌의 평형 농도 보다 큰 농도를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 촉매 착화물이 원소 기제에 대해 백금 성분 0.1 내지 5질량-%, SM-3 결정형 실리코알루미노포스페이트 분자체 10 내지 100질량-% 및 무기-산화물 결합제를 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, C8-방향족물질 이성질화 조건이 온도 300 내지 500℃, 압력 101.3 내지 5065kPa(1 내지 50기압), LHSV 0.5 내지 10hr-1및 수소-대-탄화수소 몰비 0.5 : 1 내지 25 : 1인 것을 포함하는 방법.
