Abstract

본 발명은 취출로보트의 스프루(sprue) 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사출물 성형과정에서 사출물에 수반되는 스프루를 처리하는 취출로보트의 스프루(sprue) 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 일측에 이송 컨베이어(8) 및 스프루박스(30)가 제공되는 취출로보트에 있어서, 상기 이송 컨베니어의 선단에 연결되는 프레임(21)과, 프레임의 상단에 고정되는 고정판(26)과, 상기 고정판(26)에 대해 이동가능하게 결합되는 이동슈트(20)와, 피스톤 로드(25a)가 상기 이동슈트와 결합되어 이동슈트를 구동하는 실린더(25)를 구비함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 일측에 이송컨베이어(8) 및 스프루박스가 제공되는 취출로보트에 있어서, 상기 이송컨베이어의 선단에 연결되는 프레임(21)과, 프레임의 상단에 고정되는 고정판(26) 상기 고정판(26)에 대해 이동가능하게 결합되는 이동슈트(20)와, 피스톤로드(25a)가 상기 이동슈트와 결합되어 이동슈트를 구동하는 실린더(25)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 취출로보트의 스프루 처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정판(26)의 상면에 이동슈트의 이동방향으로 설치되는 레일(29)과, 이동슈트의 하단에 레일을 타고 구름운동하는 바퀴(29a)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 취출로보트의 스프루(sprue) 처리장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동슈트는 전방이 하향 경사지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 취출로보트의 스프루(sprue) 처리장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(25)는 고정판(26)의 하단에 설치하고, 고정판(26)상에 이동슈트의 이동 방향으로 장공(28)을 형성하며, 이동슈트(20)의 하단에서 상기 장공(28)을 관통하여 브라켓(27)을 설치하고 피스톤로드(25a)의 선단을 상기 브라켓(27)에 결합하여 실린더에 의해 이동슈트가 전, 후진됨을 특징으로 하는 취출로보트의 스프루 처리장치.
