CONSTITUTION: When a metal mold in the left side station 19 is to be replaced, a left side cylinder 9 is actuated and a stopper plate 7 is moved to shift the position of a hole 10 and an auxiliary rod 5. Next, when a mold clamping cylinder 6 is actuated, the auxiliary rod 5 is brought into contact with a plate 7 and stopped, and an upper mold plate 12 is raised slightly. Then, upper and lower molds 13, 17 are supported only by a rail 23, and coupling of a stopper 39 with a hole 42 is released and a left side guide bush 31 becomes freely movable. When a cylinder 32 is actuated, the left side guide bush 31 moves to the right as the right side guide bush 31 is yet fixed, and an arm 30 sends a new metallic mold to left side station 19. At the same time, old metallic molds 13, 17 are pushed out on a carrying plate 28, and cylinders 32, 6, 9 return to original position. This operation is also made for the right side station 19 to replace the mold.
