Abstract
본 발명은 얇고 유연성에 뛰어나고,반복굴곡을 받는 용도에 호적하게 이용할 수 있는 필름형상히터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 고결정성그래파이트필름으로 이루어진 발열부재(10)와 발열부재(10)에 통전하는 전원(20)이나 배선(22)등으로 이루어진 통전수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 표시한 단면도, 제2(a)도는 다른 실시예를 표시한 단면도, 제2(b)도는 동요부확대단면도, 제3도는 다른 실시예를 표시한 발열부재의 평면도, 제4도는 다른 실시예를 표시한 피복부재의 평면도.
Claims (9)
- 고결정그래파이트필름으로 이루어진 발열부재와, 상기 발열부재에 통전하는 통전수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고결정그래파이트필름이 두께 5~200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발열부재의 적어도 한쪽면에 상기 발열부재와는 다른 재료로 이루어진 피복부재가 더 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복부재가, 절연재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
- 제2항~제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복부재가, 보온재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
- 제2항~제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복부재가, 관통부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
- 청구범위 제1항~제6항의 어느 한 항에 기재의 필름형상히터를 좌석면에 매몰하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 보온좌석.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 필름형상히터로 이루어지고, 증착재료의 수용오목부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 증착보트.
- 가열대상물을 수용하는 가열처리실과, 상기 가열처리실에 배치된 상기 청구범위 제1항~제6항의 어느 한 항에 기재의 필름형상히터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
