Abstract

본 발명은 얇고 유연성에 뛰어나고,반복굴곡을 받는 용도에 호적하게 이용할 수 있는 필름형상히터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 고결정성그래파이트필름으로 이루어진 발열부재(10)와 발열부재(10)에 통전하는 전원(20)이나 배선(22)등으로 이루어진 통전수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 표시한 단면도, 제2(a)도는 다른 실시예를 표시한 단면도, 제2(b)도는 동요부확대단면도, 제3도는 다른 실시예를 표시한 발열부재의 평면도, 제4도는 다른 실시예를 표시한 피복부재의 평면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 고결정그래파이트필름으로 이루어진 발열부재와, 상기 발열부재에 통전하는 통전수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고결정그래파이트필름이 두께 5~200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발열부재의 적어도 한쪽면에 상기 발열부재와는 다른 재료로 이루어진 피복부재가 더 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복부재가, 절연재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
  5. 제2항~제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복부재가, 보온재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
  6. 제2항~제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복부재가, 관통부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형상히터.
  7. 청구범위 제1항~제6항의 어느 한 항에 기재의 필름형상히터를 좌석면에 매몰하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 보온좌석.
  8. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 필름형상히터로 이루어지고, 증착재료의 수용오목부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 증착보트.
  9. 가열대상물을 수용하는 가열처리실과, 상기 가열처리실에 배치된 상기 청구범위 제1항~제6항의 어느 한 항에 기재의 필름형상히터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
