Abstract

본 발명의 내열된 섬광 증착기는 두개의 마주보는 열려진 면을 갖는 임의 구조의 몸체, 공동의 마주보는 면을 통해 금속을 증착시키기 위해 각각 두개의 마주보는 면과 열려진 대역에 면하는 적어도 하나의 금속 증착 표면으로부터 확장되는 연속적인 열려진 대역을 형성하는 공동을 포함한다. 몸체는 그라파이트로 구성되는 것이 바람직하고, 몸체의 실질적인 부위 위로 그리고 공동에 의해 형성된 금속 증착 표면 위로 확장되는 피롤리틱 보론 나이트리드의 코팅층을 갖는다.

Claims (6)

  1. 마주보는 열려진 면을 갖는 몸체와 상기 마주보는 열려진 면들 사이에 연속적으로 열려진 대역을 형성하기 위해 상기 마주보는 열려진 면의 각각으로부터 확장된 공동으로 이루어지고, 상기 몸체는 금속을 상기 열려진 대역으로 그리고 상기 모체의 상기 마주보는 열려진 면을 통해 증착하도록 상기 열려진 대역에 면하는 상기 공동에 의해 형성된 금속 증착 표면을 갖는 섬광 증착기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 직사각형 또는 실린더형의 구조를 갖는 내열된 섬광 증착기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증착기의 몸체는 그라파이트로 구성되어 있고, 상기 증착기는 상기 몸체의 실질적인 부위 위로 그리고 상기 열려진 대역에 면하는 적어도 상기 금속 증착 표면 위로 확장된느 피롤리틱 보론 나이트리드의 코팅층으로 추가로 이루어지는 내열된 섬광 증착기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 각각의 상기 마주보는 면은 상기 연속적으로 열려진 대역이 확장되는 사이에 실질적으로 평면의 표면을 갖는 내열된 섬광 증착기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 상기 할로우 공동은 상기 할로우 공동의 상기 마주보는 면을 통해 측면적으로 금속을 증착하기 위해 PBN 코팅을 각각 갖는 두개의 보충 표면을 형성하는 내열된 섬광 증착기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보충 표면의 적어도 하나는 금속이 위치될 수 있는 오목한 면을 갖는 내열된 섬광 증착기.
