Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 키레스 리모콘 제어방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로 특히 움직임 검출센서(11)와 리모콘 제어부(12), 리모콘 송수신부(13) 및 전원부(14)로 휴대용 리모콘(1)을 구성하고, 차체 송수신부(21)와, 주제어부(22), 락개폐장치 (24) 및 락개폐 스위치(23)로 자동차내 콘트롤 유니트(2)를 구성하여 리모콘장치가 일정시간이상 정지상태에 있으면 신호의 발신이 정지되도록 하므로써, 리모콘장치를 차내에 두고 내렸을 경우 리모콘 신호로는 락의 개폐가 불가능하여 다른 사람의 침입에 의한 도난사고등을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 콘트롤 유니트로부터 전송되어 오는 데이터를 휴대용 리모콘에서 수신이 가능한 상태이면, 일정시간이상 리모콘이 정지상태에 있는지를 검출하여 만약 일정시간이상 정지상태에 있으면 리모콘 송수신부를 발신 불가능 상태로 하는 과정과; 상기에서 정지상태가 아니면 리모콘 송수신부를 발신가능상태로 놓고, 이어서 자동차내의 락개폐 스위치가 온되면 콘트롤 유니트에서 휴대용 리모콘에 요구신호를 송신하고, 이를 수신한 리모콘에서는 특정신호가 송신되어 오면 락개폐 스위치의 상태에 따라 락개폐장치를 구동시켜 도어를 락/언락시키는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 자동차용 키레스 리모콘 제어방법.
  2. 리모콘 본체가 일정시간 정지상태에 있는지를 검출하는 움직임 검출센서와, 상기 움직임 검출센서의 출력신호를 입력받아 리모콘의 전반적인 제어기능을 수행하는 리모콘 제어부와, 소정의 데이터를 공중으로 전송함과 동시에 공중으로부터 수신받는 리모콘 송수신부 및 전원부로 구성된 휴대용 리모콘과; 소정의 데이터를 공중으로 전송함과 동시에 공중으로부터 수신받는 차체 송수신부와, 소정프로그램에 의해 콘트롤 유니트의 전반적인 제어기능을 수행하는 주제어부와, 자동차의 도어에 설치된 락개폐장치의 구동을 제어하는 락개폐 스위치 및 주제어부의 출력신호에 의해 구동되어 도어의 락/언락을 직접적으로 수행하는 락개폐장치로 구성된 자동차내 콘트롤 유니트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 키레스 리모콘 장치.
