Abstract

전기 단자(6)는 대체로 평행한 대향 측면 및 대향 에지를 한정한 긴 편평 본체부(8)를 포함한다. 접촉부(9)는 본체부의 전방으로 연장하고, 접속부(7)는 본체부의 후방으로 연장한다. 본체부(8)는 본체부의 각 에지 바깥에 성형된 보유 닙(12)을 갖는 보유부를 포함하고, 각 보유 닙은 본체부의 한쪽 측면으로부터 오프셋되고 대체로 평행한 편평면(12a)을 한정한다, 본체부의 대향 측면이 통로의 대향 측면(20)과 맞물릴 때, 보유 닙(10)의 편평면(12a)은 커넥터 하우징(2)내의 통로(5)의 한쪽 측면(22)과 결합하도록 구성한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 유전체 하우징과, 하우징내에서 횡단면으로 보아 대체로 평행한 대향 측면 및 대향 단부를 포함하는 복수의 단자 수납 통로와, 통로내에 수납되고, 평행한 대향 측면 및 대향 에지를 한정한 확대된 편평 본체부, 본체부의 전방으로 연장한 접촉부, 그리고 본체부의 후방으로 연장한 접속부를 구비하는 복수의 단자를 포함하고, 상기 본체부는 본체부의 각 에지 바깥으로 성형된 보유 닙 및 본체부의 한쪽 측면으로부터 오프셋되고 대체로 평행한 편평면을 가진 보유부를 포함함으로써, 보유 닙의 편평면은 상기 단자 수납 통로 중 하나의 대향 측면 중 하나와 결합하고 본체부의 대향 측면은 한쪽 측면에 대향한 통로의 측면과 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단자는 금속 판재를 스탬프 및 성형하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보유 닙은 각 통로의 대향 단부와 억지 끼워 맞춤되도록 본체부의 에지로부터 외향으로 돌출한 치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체부는 본체부의 대향 에지로부터 외향으로 돌출하고 보유부의 종방향으로 이격된 치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 치는 보유부와 접촉부 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보유 닙은 닙들 사이에 본체부의 편평부를 남기도록 본체부의 측방향으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 각 단자 수납 통로의 상기 평행한 대향 측면은 보유 닙의 편평면과 본체부의 대향측면 사이에서 억지 끼워 맞춤되도록 단자 삽입 방향으로 서로를 향해 테이퍼지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각 단자 수납 통로는 보유부의 전방으로 본체부의 대향 측면을 클램프시키도록 상기 테이퍼진 대향 측면들 사이에 협소부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
