Abstract
제어기는 밸브봉의 왕복 상하 움직임에 수반하여 밸브체와 밸브 시트와의 사이의 유체 통로가 개폐되는 밸브 본체와, 밸브 본체 상부에 고정된 케이싱과, 케이싱내 상측에 상하 움직임이 자유롭게 설치된 작동축과, 작동축을 상하로 움직이게 하는 구동장치와, 케이싱내 하측에 설치되어 작동축에 걸리는 힘을 밸브봉에 전달하는 동력 전달 장치를 구비하고 있다. 동력 전달 장치는 작동축에 하단에 설치되고 또한 작동축과 동심으로 하측으로 개구된 아래와 넓은 원추대형의 제1롤러 받침부재와 밸브봉 상단에 설치된 제2롤러 받침부재와 양 롤러 받침부재와의 사이에 작동축의 축선에 대하여 대칭으로 배치된 한쌍의 롤러 지지체와, 각 롤러 지지체 상부에 회전이 자유롭게 지지되고 또한 제1롤러 받침부재의 테이퍼면에 맞닿는 한쌍의 전동롤러와 각 롤러 지지체 하부에 회전이 자유롭게 지지되며 또한 제2롤러 받침부재의 상향의 롤러 받침면에 맞닿는 한싸의 누름 롤러를 구비하고 있다.각 롤러지지체는 작동축의 축선에 대하여 누름 롤러의 축선보다도 외부로 편심된 축을 중심으로 하여 요동할 수 있도록 케이싱에 지지되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 제어기의 폐쇄 상태를 도시하는 종단면도,제2도는 동일 개방 상태를 도시하는 종단면도,제3도는 본 발명에 의한 제어기의 동력 전달 장치를 도시하는 분해 사시도,제4도는 동력 전달 장치에 의하여 작동축에 걸리는 힘이 증폭되어 밸브봉에 전달되는 원리를 도시한는 주요부의 확대도.
Claims (2)
- 밸브봉의 왕복 상하 움직임에 수반하여 밸브체와 벨브 시트와의 사이의 유체 통로가 개폐되는 밸브 본체와 본체 상부에 고정된 케이싱과 케이싱내 상측에 상하 움직임이 자유롭게 설치되고 또한 소경부 및 이것의 하단에 연결되는 대경부를 갖는 작동축과 작동축을 상하로 움직이는 구동 수단과 케이싱내 하측으로 설치되어 작동축에 걸리는 힘을 밸브봉에 전달하는 동력 전달 수단을 구비하며, 동력 전달 수단은 작동축의 대경부 하면에 설치되고 또한 작동축과 동심으로 하측으로 개구한 아래가 넓은 원추대형 오목부를 갖는 제1롤러 받침부재와, 밸브봉 상단에 설치된 제2롤러 받침부재와 양 롤러 받침부재의 사이에 작동축의 축선에 대하여 대칭으로 배치된 한쌍의 롤러지지체와 각 롤러 지지체 상부에 회전이 자유롭게 지지되며 또한 원추대형 오목부의 테이퍼면에 맞닿는 한쌍의 전동롤러와 각 롤러 지지체 하부에 회전이 자유롭게 지지되고 또한 제2롤러 받침부재의 상향 롤러 받침면에 맞닿는 한쌍의 누름 롤러를 구비하며, 각 롤러 지지체가 작동축의 축선에 대하여 누름 롤러의 축선보다도 외부근처로 편심된 축을 중심으로 하여 요동할 수 있도록 케이싱에 지지되어 있는 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동 수단으로서 압축 공기 등의 작동 유체가 사용되는 경우에는 제1롤러 받침부재에 의하여 케이싱내가 상하2실로 분리되어, 상실에 작동축을 하측으로 부세하는 스프링이 설치되어 있고, 하실내에 도입되는 작동유체에 의하여 작동축이 상측에 부세되도록 이루어져 있는 제어기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
