Abstract

본 발명은 탄성중합체, 실리카, 실리카 커플러, 2-머캅토벤조티아졸, 및 선택적으로 카본블랙을 포함하는 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 실리카, 실리카 커플러 및 2-머캅토벤조티아졸의 일부는 비생산적 혼합단계에서 첨가한다.

Claims (7)

  1. (A) 황 및 하기 기술되는 것을 제외한 가황촉진제의 부재하에서, 약 140 내지 약 190℃의 온도에서 약 4 내지 약 20분의 총 혼합시간동안 (i) 공액 디엔 단독중합체 및 공중합체, 및 하나 이상의 공액 디엔 및 방향족 비닐 화합물의공중합체로부터 선택된 하나이상의 가황가능한 탄성중합체 100중량부, (ⅱ) 침전된 입상 시리카 약 15 내지 약 100phr, (ⅲ) 설파이드 다리 부분이 2 내지 8개의 연결황 원자를 함유하고, 평균 폴리설파이드 다리가 약 4.5 내지 약 5.5개의 황 원자를 함유하고, 폴리설파이드다리부분의 75%이상이 3개 이상의 황원자를 함유하는 비스-(3-트리알콕시실릴알킬)폴리설파이드 약 0.01 내지 약0.2 중량부(상기 실리카 중량부 기준), 및 (ⅳ)2-머캅토벤조티아졸, 벤조티아질, 디설파이드 및 N, N`-디-, 또는 N-모노-치환된 2-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드(여기서, 치환체는 사이클로헥실, t-부틸 및 이소프로필 그룹중에서 선택된다)중의 하나 이상의 화합물 약 0.01 내지 약 1중량부(상기 비스-(3-트리알콕시실릴알킬)폴리설파이드 중량부 기준)를 하나 이상의 독립적인 예비혼합 단계에서 열기계적으로 혼합하는 단계;및 (B) 약 100 내지 약 130℃의 온도에서, 약 1내지 약3분동안, 상기 예비 혼합 단계(들)에서 첨가딘 상기 2-머캅토벤조티아졸을 포함하는 고무 혼합물에서 첨가되는 가황 촉진제의 총량이 약 0.5 내지 약 5phr인 조건에서, 황 원소 약 0.5 내지 약 8phr및 하나 이상의 가황 촉진제를 최종의 독립적인 열기계적 혼합 단계에서 혼합하는 연속적 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. (A) 하나 이상의 디엔-기재 탄성중합체 100중량부, (B) 입상 실리카 약 25 내지 약 90phr, (C) 카본블랙 약 0 내지 약 80phr, (D) 비스-(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)폴리설파이드 실리카 커플러 및 (E) 2-머캅토벤조티아졸을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조한 고무 조성물(여기서, 상기 실리카 커플러 대 실리카의 중량비는 약 0.01/1 내지 약 0.2/1 이고; 상기 고무 조성물이 카본블랙을 함유하는 경우, 실리카 대 카본블랙의 중량비는 약 0.1/1 이상이고; 상기 고무 조성물이 카본블랙을 함유하는 경우, 실리카 및 카본 블랙의 총량은 약 30 내지 약 120이다).
  3. 제2항의 조성물의 트레드를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 약 135 내지 약 180℃의 온도에서 상기 제조된 고무 조성물을 가황시키는 추가의 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항의 방법에 따라 제조함을 특징으로 하는 가황된 고무 조성물.
  6. 제2항의 상기 고무 조성물의 트레드를 갖는 가황가능한 고무의 타이어 어셈블리를 제조하고, 약 135 내지 약 180℃의 온도에서 상기 어셈블리를 가황시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항의 방법에 따라 제조함을 특징으로 하는 가황된 타이어.
