Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 플로어판넬(floor panel)의 상단면에 취부되는 크로스멤버(crossmember)의 보강구조에 관한 것으로서, 플로어판넬에 국부적으로 응력이 집중되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 저면에 서브프레임(30)이 취부되는 플로어판넬(10)의 상단면에 하부가 개구된 크로스멤버(20)가 횡방향으로 취부되는 것에 있어서, 상기 서브프레임(30)이 겹쳐지는 부위에서 상기 크로스멤버(20)와 플로어판넬(10)의 상단면 사이에 보강판(50)이 상기 서브프레임(30)의 축방향으로 취부되며, 보강판(50)은 중간부가 절곡되어 크로스멤버(20)의 개구된 내부면에 겹쳐지게 부착되도록 하여, 보강판(50)에 의해 크로스멤버(20)와 서브프레임(30)이 겹쳐지게 횡단되는 플로어판넬(10) 부위의 강성이 향상되도록 하고, 보강판(50)의 중간부가 크로스멤버(20)의 개구부에 겹쳐져 크로스멤버(20)의 강성이 부분적으로 보강되도록 하는 자동차 플로어판넬의 보강구조이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 저면에 서브프레임이 취부되는 플로어판넬의 상단면에 하부가 개구된 크로스멤버가 횡방향으로 취부되는 것에 있어서, 상기 서브프레임이 겹쳐지는 부위에서 상기 크로스멤버와 플로어판넬의 상단면 사이에 보강판이 상기 서브프레임의 축방향으로 취부됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 플로어판넬의 보강구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보강판은 중간부가 절곡되어 크로스멤버의 개구된 내부면에 겹쳐지게 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 플로어판넬의 보강구조.
