Description
Claims (14)
- 0.5Wh 이상 50Wh 이하의 용량을 가지는 열원, 동력, 제어회로, 구동회로, LSI, LC 표시소자중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 2차전지 시스템에 있어서, 상기 2차전지의 단전지중의 적어도 하나가 음극으로서, 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재를 사용하여 이루어지고, 상기 2차전지가 에너지밀도 350W/㎏이상의 출력으로 방전이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지 사용시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄소입자는 X선 회절법에 의한 면간격(d002)이 3.354∼3.369A, C축방향의 결정의 크기(Lc)가 300A 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지 사용시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자는 비표면적이 0.1∼30㎡/㎏이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지 사용시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속은 그 입경이 1000Å이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지 사용시스템.
- 동력원으로서 2차전지에 의하여 구동되는 모터를 구비하고, 2차전지 사용시스템을 사용한 전기자동차에 있어서, 상기 2차전지는 1시간 이하의 급속충전이 가능하고, 또한 한번 충전으로 시속 40㎞/시간으로 주행할 수 있는 주행거리가 300㎞이상이고, 또한 전지중량이 200㎏이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차.
- 동력원으로서 2차전지에 의하여 구동되는 모터를 구비하고, 2차전지 사용시스템을 사용한 자동 2륜차에 있어서, 상기 2차전지는 1시간 이하의 급속충전이 가능하고, 또한 한번 충전으로 주행할 수 있는 주행거리가 200㎞이상이고, 또한 전지중량이 5㎏ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 2륜차.
- 제5항 및 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2차전지가 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재를 음극으로 하는 리튬 2차전지로서, 그 리튬 2차전지의 충방전 속도가 1C이상에 있어서, 300Wh/ℓ이상의 에너지 밀도인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재로 이루어진 음극을 사용하여 이루어진 리튬 2차전지에 있어서, 그 탄소입자는 X선 회절법에 의한 면간격(d002)이 3.354∼3.369A, C축방향의 결정의 크기(Lc)가 300A인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재에 의하여 이루어진 음극을 사용한 2차전지에 있어서, 그 탄소입자의 비표면적이 10㎡/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재로 이루어진 음극을 사용한 리튬 2차전지에 있어서, 상기 리튬 2차전지의 충방전 속도가 1C 이상에 있어서, 300Wh/ℓ 이상의 에너지 밀도인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제8 내지 10항에 있어서, 상기 금속의 입경이 1000Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자는 X선 회절법에 의한 면간격(d002)이 3.354∼3.369A, C축방향의 결정의 크기(Lc)가 300A 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소재.
- 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재를 사용한 리튬 2차전지용 음극에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자의 비표면적이 10㎡/g 이상이고, 상기 금속의 평균입경이 1000A 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지용 음극.
- 0.5Wh 이상 50kW/시간 이하의 용량을 가지는 열원, 동력, 제어회로, 구동회로, LSI, LC 표시소자중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 2차전지사용 시스템에 있어서, 상기 2차전지의 단전지중의 적어도 하나가 음극으로서, 탄소입자에 리튬과 합금을 형성하는 금속을 담지한 탄소재로서, 또한 상기 탄소입자는 비표면적이 10㎡/g 이상이고, 300W/ℓ 이상의 충전으로 전지용량의 90%이고, 또 200W/ℓ 이상의 방전이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지 사용시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
