Abstract

외부에서 박아넣기 위한 못과 같은 내식성 헤드를 갖는 체결구는 사전 도포된 와이어의 선두단부에서의 영역에서 불연속하여 내식성을 갖는 보호 금속층으로 사전 도포된 탄소강 와이어로서 제조된다. 내식성을 갖는 보호 금속캡의 최소한의 부분이 사전 도포된 와이어의 선두단부 가까이에 배치된 후, 보호 금속캡의 최소한의 부분은 보호 금속층이 불연속하고 있는 영역을 덮기 위해 사전 도포된 와이어의 선두단부에 충격 용접에 의해 용접된다. 체결구는 사전 도포된 와이어로부터 생크 및, 선두단부의 변형에 의해 형성되는 헤드를 갖도록 형성된다. 보호 금소캡의 용접된 부분은 보호 금속층이 불연속하고 있는 영역에서 내식성을 갖는 체결구를 제공하고 보호 금속층은 어느 곳에서도 내식성을 갖는 체결구를 제공한다. 보호 금속층은 크롬, 니켈, 아연, 알루미늄, 또는 아연 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 합금으로부터 제조되고, 바람직하게는 아연, 또는 아연 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 합금으로부터 제조된다. 보호 금속캡은 크롬, 니켈, 아연, 알루미늄, 또는 아연 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 합금으로부터 제조되고, 바람직하게는 알루미늄으로 제조되고, 이에 의해 아연 또는 합금으로부터 명확하게 구별될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 생크(shank)와 이 생크의 한 단부에 헤드를 갖는 내식성 체결구에 있어서, 상기 체결구는 내식성을 갖는 보호 금속층으로 사전 도포된 탄소강 와이어로서 제조되고, 상기 보호 금속층은 헤드의 한 영역에서 불연속하고, 보호 금속층이 불연속하고 있는 헤드상의 영역을 덮기 위하여 헤드에 부착되고, 상기 보호 금속캡은 내식성을 가지며 그리고 보호 금속층이 불연속하고 있는 영역에서 내식성을 갖는 체결구를 제공하고, 상기 보호 금속층은 어느 곳에서도 내식성을 갖는 체결구를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보호 금속캡은 보호 금속층이 불연속하고 있는 헤드상의 영역을 덮기 위해 헤드에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보호 금속층은 크롬, 니켈, 아연, 알루미늄, 또는 아연 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 합금으로부터 제조되고, 보호 금속캡은 크롬, 니켈, 아연 알루미늄, 또는 아연 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 합금으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보호 금속층은 아연, 또는 아연 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 합금으로부터 제조되고, 보호 금속캡은 알루미늄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구.
