Claims (5)

1. Metallische Flachdichtung mit Durchgangsöffnungen, insbesondere Zylinderkopfdichtung für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, mit einer Dichtungsplatte mit mindestens einer Sicke, die die Durchgangsöffnungen umschließt und die Dichtungsplatte am Rand der Durchgangsöffnungen einen Abschnitt aufweist, der gegenüber dem übrigen Bereich der Dichtungsplatte eine andere Materialstärke aufweist, wobei die veränderte Materialstärke durch plastische Verformung der Dichtungsplatte erzeugt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf eine Oberfläche des Abschnittes ein Ringkörper (4) angeordnet ist, dessen Härte sich von der Härte der Dichtungsplatte (5) unterscheidet und dass der Ringkörper (4) in die Oberfläche der Dichtungsplatte (5) eingedrückt ist, so dass am Rand der Durchgangsöffnungen (2) ein Überhöhungsabschnitt gebildet ist.
2. Metallische Flachdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Überhöhungsabschnittes kleiner 100 µm beträgt.
3. Metallische Flachdichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringkörper (4) stoffschlüssig mit der Dichtungsplatte (5) verbunden ist.
4. Metallische Flachdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringkörper (4) mit der Dichtungsplatte (5) verschweißt ist.
5. Metallische Flachdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsplatte (5) aus einem plastisch verformbaren kohlenstoffarmen oder rostfreien Stahl besteht, die zusammen mit dem Ringkörper (4) gehärtet ist.
