Abstract

본 발명은, 탄화수소계용매와 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물을 함유하는 세정제조성물과, 피세정물을 상기 세정제조성물과 접촉시킨 후 용매와 접촉시킨 것으로 구성된 세정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 오존층파괴의 원인이 되는 유기할로겐계 용매를 사용하지 않고, 프린트기판상의 플럭스레지듀를 용해하는 것에 의해 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 탄화수소계용매와, 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소계용매는 탄소수 5~20의 지방족탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물을 산소원자를 배위원자로 하는 배위화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산소원자를 배위원자로 하는 배위성화합물은 1-알킬-2-피롤리디논, 트리알킬포스핀옥시드 및 디알킬술폭시드에서 선택한 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 1-알킬-2-피롤리디논, 트리알킬포스핀옥시드 및 디알킬술폭시드의 알킬기는 탄소수 3~18의 리니어알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제조성물은 프린트기판에 부착된 플럭스레지듀의 제거에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세정제조성물은 탄화수소계용매 1ℓ당 10~300g의 양으로, 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  8. 피세정물을 탄화수소계용매와 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물을 함유하는 세정제조성물과 접촉시킨 후 용매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소계용매는 탄소수 5~20의 지방족탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 상기 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물은 산소원자를 배위원자로 하는 배위성화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 산소원자를 배위원자로 하는 배위성화합물은 1-알킬-2-피롤리디논, 트리알킬포스핀옥시드 및 디알킬술폭시드에서 선택한 1종이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 1-알킬-2-피롤리디논, 트리알킬포스핀옥시드 및 디알킬술폭시드의 알킬기는 탄소수 3~18의 리니어알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 피세정물은 플럭스레지듀가 부착된 프린트기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  14. 제8항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세정제조성물은 탄화수소계용매 1ℓ당 10~300g의 양으로, 금속이온에 배위하여 얻은 유기화합물을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
