Abstract
(a) 극성 용매 및 비극성 용매로 구성된 한쌍의 용매 및 1 이상의 비닐방향족 단량체를 포함하는 혼합물내에 디엔계 고무 (i) 및/또는 선형 블록 엘라스토머, 비닐방향족 단량체-1, 3-공역 디엔 (ii)을 용해시키고 ; (b) 임의로 개시제의 존재하에 상기와 같이 수득된 용액을 중합시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법으로 수득된 고무 강화 비닐 방향족 공중합체의 제조방법.

Claims (8)
- (a) 1 이상의 비닐방향족 단량체 및 극성 용매 및 비극성 용매로 구성된 한쌍의 용매를 포함하는 혼합물 내에 디엔계 고무 (i) 및/또는 직쇄 블록 엘라스토머, 비닐방향족 단량체-1, 3 공역 디엔(ii)을 용해시키고 ; (b) 상기와 같이 수득된 용액을 임의로 개시제 존재하에 중합시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 강화 비닐 방향족 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비극성 용매로서 중합 온도에서 액체인 탄화수소를 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비극성 용매를 방향족 탄화수소로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 온도에서 액체인, 탄소 및 수소로 구성되고, 분자 내에 1이상의 헤테로 원자를 함유하는 유기 화합물을 극성 용매로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 극성 용매가 포화 지방족 또는 방향족의 형태이고, 그의 분자가 비대칭인 경우, 쌍극자모멘트 3*10-30C*m 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매의 혼합물중의 극성 성분의 함량이 1~95중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한쌍의 용매가 반응 혼합물중에서 단량체와 고무의 총합에 대해 5~100중량부%로 존재하는 방법.
- (a) 극성 용매 및 비극성 용매로 구성된 한쌍의 용매 및 1이상의 비닐방향족 단량체를 포함하는 혼합물내에 디엔계 고무 (i) 및/또는 직쇄 블록 엘라스토머, 비닐방향족 단량체-1, 3-공역 디엔 (ii)을 용해시키고 ; (b) 임의로 개시제의 존재하에, 상기와 같이 수득된 용액을 중합시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법으로 수득된 고무 강화 비닐방향족 공중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
