Abstract
본 발명은 한외여과에 의한 액상용액, 일반적으로 단백질용액으로부터의 바이러스의 제거에 관한 것이다. 이것은 제거시키고자 하는 바이러스에 결합하는 고분자량 리간드, 바람직하게는 특이한 항체와 배양에 의해 상기 바이러스의 크기를 증가시킴으로써, 한편으로는 분리효과를 향상시키고 또 다른 한편으로는 이용되는 여과기에 따라 선택될 수 있는 보다 큰 세공직경으로 또한 작은 바이러스가 단백질 용액에 존재하는 보다 큰 단백질을 분자로부터 분리하도록 할 수 있으며 적절한 경우에는 여과율을 증가시킨다.

Claims (9)
- 제거시키고자 하는 바이러스를 리간드에 결합시킴으로써 이의 크기를 증가시켜 여과에 의해 보유되도록함을 특징으로 하여, 단백질 용액으로부터 바이러스를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리간드가, 화학적으로 또는 유전공학에 의해 변형될 수 있는 바이러스와 결합할 수 있는 항체이거나 또는 이의 일부분인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리간드가, 바이러스와 결합할 수 있는 모노클로날 항체이거나 또는 이의 일부분인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이러스와 결합하는 리간드 또는 이의 일부가 화학적으로 또는 유전공학에 의해 변형되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이러스와 결합하는 리간드, 항체, 모노클로날 항체 또는 이들 일부가 여과전에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배양 단계가, 바이러스와 리간드가 결합할 수 있도록 여과전에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한정된 세공크기를 갖는 동공의 섬유여과기 또는 막 여과기가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여과를 근접 유동법으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제거시키고자 하는 물질을 리간드에 결합시킴으로써 이의 크기를 증가시켜 여과에 의해 보유되도록 함을 특징으로 하여, 원하지 않은 물질을 액상물질 혼합물로부터 제거하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
