Abstract

본 발명은 아세틸렌가스 제조 후 얻어지는 폐기물을 각종 폐기물 소각로 또는 연소로의 산성 유해가스 처리장치의 중화제로 이용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 아세틸렌가스 제조공정에서 배출되는 슬러리상 폐소석회를 미립 정제화 처리하여 노의 건식 또는 반건식 산성유해가스 처리장치의 중화흡수제로 이용하도록 한 것으로, 슬러리상 폐소석회의 미립 정제화처리는 다단계의 수력 싸이클론 분리공정을 통하여 미립질의 소석회만을 분리 회수 사용하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 아세틸렌가스 제조공정에서 배출되는 슬러리상 폐소석회를 미립 정제화 처리하여 노의 건식 또는 반건식 산성유해가스 처리장치의 중화흡수제로 사용하는 아세틸렌가스제조 폐기물의 산성유해가스 중화제로의 이용방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬러리상 폐소석회의 미립 정제화처리는 다단계의 수력 싸이클론 분리공정을 통하여 미립질의 소석회만을 분리 회수하도록 한 아세틸렌가스제조 폐기물의 산성유해가스 중화제로의 이용방법.
