Abstract
본 발명은 pH 감소, 음이온 교환 및 막 전기분해의 3단계 정제 방법에 의해 탄탈륨, 니오븀, 티타늄, 알루미늄, 주석, 비소, 인 및(또는) 규소로 오염된 알칼리성 분해 용액과 같은 원료로부터 텅스텐 및(또는) 몰리브덴의 순수 용액을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- (a) 1종 이상의 탄탈륨, 니오븀, 티타늄, 주석, 비소, 알루미늄, 인 및 규소로 오염된 알칼리성 분해 용액을 pH가 8 내지 10이 될때까지 CO2로 기체화하여, 탄탈륨, 니오븀, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및 주석 원소들을 부분적으로 분리하는 제1단계, (b) 비소, 알루미늄, 인 및 규소와 함께 나머지 오염물을 pH 6 내지 10의 음이온 교환제를 사용하여 완전 제거하는 제2단계, 및 (c) 정제된 용액을 양이온 선택막을 사용한 막 전기분해로 추가 처리하여, 음극쪽에서 NaOH, 양극쪽에서 CO2기체를 회수하는 제3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 상기 알칼리성 분해 용액으로부터 텅스텐 및(또는) 몰리브덴의 순수 용액을 제조하기 위한 3단계 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속산염 용액을 용매 추출에 의해 후정제하는 제4단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 알칼리성 분해 용액의 pH를 무기산 또는 염을 첨가하지 않고 pH 8 내지 10 범위로 조정하는 단계, 용액을 pH 6 내지 10에서 음이온 교환시키는 단계, 및 양이온 선택막을 사용하여 막 전기분해시키는 단계를 포함하는 텅스텐 및(또는) 몰리브덴 함유 용액의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
