Abstract
결정성 열가소성 수지와 비정성 열가소성 수지의 블렌드와 같이 낮은 혼화성을 갖는 수지의 블렌드에 우수한 내열특성, 기계적 물성 등을 부여한다.
(A) 결정성 열가소성 수지, (B) 비정성 열가소성 수지(B1)와/또는 (A) 성분과 비혼화성인 결정성 열가소성 수지(B2), 그리고 (C) 섬유상 강화재 1~80중량%(전체 조성중)으로 구성되어 있고, 섬유상 강화재(C)의 수평균 섬유장이 적어도 평균 도메인 주기의 50배인 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형체이다.

제1도는 실시예 1과 비교예 1에서 열변형온도를 측정함으로써 얻어진 온도대 변형도의 곡선을 보여주는 그래프이다.
Claims (7)
- (A) 결정성 열가소성 수지, (B) 비정성 열가소성 수지(B1)와/또는 (A)와 비혼화성인 결정성 열가소성 수지(B2), 그리고 (C) 섬유상 강화재 1~80중량%(전체 복합체 기준으로)을 함유하고 있으며, 섬유상 강화재(C)의 수평균 섬유장이 적어도 평균 도메인 주기의 50배인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (B)성분에 대한 (A)성분의 체적비가 10/90~90/10인것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지를 제조함에 있어서, (A) 결정성 열가소성 수지, (B) 비정성 열가소성 수지(B1)와/또는 (A) 성분과 비혼화성인 결정성 열가소성 수지(B2), 그리고 (C) 섬유상 강화재 1~80중량%(전체 복합체 기준으로)을 함유하고 있으며, 섬유상 강화재(C)는 실질상 구조체의 길이만큼 길고 구조체의 길이방향으로 배열되어 있는 것으로 적어도 3㎜ 이상의 길이를 가지는 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성체를 용융하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 복합체가 길이 3~100㎜의 펠렛형으로 부형되는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지를 제조함에 있어서, (A) 결정성 열가소성 수지, (B) 비정성 열가소성 수지(B1)와/또는 (A) 성분과 비혼화성인 결정성 열가소성 수지(B2), 그리고 (C) 섬유상 강화재 1~80중량%(전체 복합체 기준으로)을 함유하고 있으며, 섬유상 강화재(C)가 실질적으로 구조체만큼 길고 구조체의 방향과 평행하게 배열되어 있으며, 길이가 적어도 3㎜ 이상의 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, (A)성분과 (B)성분의 체적비가 10/90~90/10인 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 복합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합체가 길이 3~100㎜의 펠렛형인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
