Claims (9)

  1. 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 강화 섬유 30 내지 40중량% 및 폴리에티렌 테레프탈레이트와 약 20 내지 35몰%의 디에틸 글리콜의 공중합체 매트릭스 60 내지 70중량%로 이루어진 섬유 강화 수지 매트릭스로부터 형성되는 복합 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합재가 강화 섬유의 융점과 매트릭스 형성 섬유의 융점 사이의 성형 온도를 갖는 것인 복합 구조물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인장 지수가 약 12 내지 18인 복합 구조물.
  4. 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 강화 섬유 30 내지 40중량% 및 70중량%의 폴리에티렌 테레프탈레이트와 25 내지 30중량%의 폴리에틸렌 이소탈레이트의 공중합체 매트릭스 60-70중량%로 이루어진 섬유 강화 수지 매트릭스로부터 형성되는 복합 구조물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 약 18미만의 인장 지수를 갖는 복합재.
  6. 제1 또는 4항에 있어서, 약 12 내지 18의 인장 지수를 갖는 복합재.
  7. 제1 또는 4항에 있어서, 약 35,155kg/㎠(500,000psi) 내지 약 63,279kg/㎠(900,000psi)의 만곡 모듈러스 및 약 379.7kg/㎠(5,40psi)내지 약 773.4kg/㎠(11,000psi)의 항복 강도를 갖는 복합 구조물.
  8. 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 30 내지 40중량% 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 약 25 내지 35몰%의 디에틸 글리콜 섬유의 공중합체(이 공중합체는 성형후 약 10%단위 미만의 고유 점도 손실을 가짐)60-70중량%의 블랜드로부터 성형되는 복합 구조물.
