Abstract

본 발명은 해송(Pinus Koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc)잎을 물, 에탄올 또는 그의 혼합용액으로 60~70℃에서 추출하여 추출액을 얻고, 여액을 에칠에테르 및 에칠아세테이트로 연속적으로 추출하여 유기용매층을 모은후 이를 감압농축하여 해송잎 연조엑스를 제조하고, 여기에 5%난백 20~40중량%를 가하여 탄닌을 제거한 후, 감압 농축후 분무건조하여 해송잎 엑스파우더를 제조하는 것이다.
제조된 해송잎 엑스파우더는 떫은맛이 없어 복용이 편리하고, 루틴 및 각종 아미노산 등을 함유하고 있어 순환계질환등 치료시에 건강보조식품으로 사용이 가능하다는 특장점이 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 해송(Pinus Koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc)잎의 추출엑기스에 난백을 첨가하여 탄닌을 제거한 해송잎 엑스파우더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 해송잎 엑기스파우더에는 루틴, 각종 아미노산 및 정유성분이 포함되어 있는 해송잎엑스파우더.
  3. 해송(Pinus Koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc)잎을 분쇄, 추출하여 해송잎엑스를 제조한 후, 여기에 유효량의 난백을 첨가시켜 혼합한 후, 원심분리하여 침전물을 제거한 엑스를, 분무건조하는 해송잎 엑기스파우더의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 추출은 물 또는 에탄올, 또는 그의 혼합용액으로 60~70℃에서 2~4시간 2~3회 반복추출하고, 여액을 에칠에테르로 추출, 분획하고 다시 에칠아세테이트로 추출, 분획하는 해송잎 엑스파우더의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 난백의 량은 5%난백으로 해송잎에 대하여 1~50중량%, 바람직하게는 20~40중량%에 해당하는 량을 가하는 해송잎 엑스파우더의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 해송잎 엑스파우더를 청량음료, 건강보조식품, 다류 및 소세지식품에 주원료 및 첨가물로 사용하는 용도.
