Abstract

본 발명은 반도체 기판의 세정장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 기판상의 이물을 보다 효과적으로 제거하기 위하여, 반도체 기판을 탑재하여 지지하는 스테이지와 이 스테이지 상부의 탐침으로 구성되고, 상기 스테니지와 탐침은 파워 서플라이에 연결되어 통전되며, 상기 탐침에 그 탐침을 하전시키기 위한 캐패시터가 연결되어 제거하고자 하는 기판상의 이물과 탐침 사이의 대정 현상에 의한 정전기의 힘으로 이물을 제거하도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 반도체 기판을 탑제하여 지지하는 스테이지와 이 스테이지 상부의 탐침으로 구성되고, 상기 스테이지와 탐침은 파워 서플라이에 연결되어 통전되며, 상기 탐침에 그 탐침을 하전시키기 위한 캐패시터가 연결되어 제거하고자 하는 기판상의 이물과 탐침 사이의 대전 현상에 의한 정전기의 힘으로 이물을 제거하도록된 반도체기판의 세정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탐침 또는 스테이지를 움직일 수 있도록 하여 기판상 어느 위치의 이물도 제거토록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탐침의 면적을 확대하여 기판 전체를 스캔 하면서 이물을 제거하도록 구성된 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탐침에 제거된 이물을 흡입 제거하기 위한 진공 흡입기가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탐침에 제거된 이물을 흡입 제거하기 위한 진공 흡입기가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반도테 기판상의 이물 위치를 감지하기 위한 이물위치 감지수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 반도체 기판상의 이물 위치를 감지하기 위한 이물위치 감지수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 반도체 기판상의 이물 위치를 감지하기 위한 이물위치 감지수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 반도체 기판상의 이물 위치를 감지하기 위한 이물위치 감지수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기판의 세정장치.
