Abstract

An apparatus is adapted for testing a surface intended to be impervious to ascertain if the surface is contact impervious to the required degree. The apparatus comprises a liquid outlet for directing liquid from a liquid source toward the surface. A current generator generates an air current towards the surface. The liquid outlet and current generator are capable of simultaneously directing liquid and an air current towards the same side of the test surface.
